Checkin and checkout was fast. The front office (Cindy) was well informed and recommended places to eat and visit. The hotel is strategically located within walking distance to Pedestrian Street, Taishan Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Hall, etc. The rooms were as advertised. Great to have both washer and dryer. Morning breakfast food could be improved.

The view is stunning, with 90-degree floor-to-ceiling windows. You can see the ocean and the sunrise. It's located halfway up the mountain, surrounded by lush fruit trees and greenery. It's so quiet.

Everything about your hotel was excellent, but my check-out experience yesterday left me utterly displeased! I had explicitly arranged for a late check-out until 3:00 PM as one of my entitled benefits. Yet, around 1 PM, a front desk attendant called to inquire if I wished to extend my stay. I informed her that I wouldn't be extending and would be checking out. I proceeded to check out at 2:03 PM and departed. What truly shocked me was that while I was waiting for the elevator, I distinctly overheard your front desk attendant, seemingly unaware I was still within earshot, mocking me in a local dialect with a colleague. Her exact words were, 'Looks like she's got boiling water under her feet, doesn't she?' This incident makes me seriously question whether your staff management truly instills professional etiquette. Do your employees show basic respect to ordinary guests? Is there a fundamental lack of moral education? If the answer to all these questions is negative, then perhaps it's time for a serious re-evaluation of your staff's positions and a thorough adjustment of their roles.

The room is clean and well-equipped, except that the parking lot may need more instructions for people driving north from Hong Kong or Macau. You can only use the east entrance, not the regular tenant entrance. I hope there will be more instructions next time to avoid unnecessary difficulties.

The location was very convenient, right off the highway and by a big shopping mall with a cinema and restaurants. There's also an EE bus to and from Hong Kong for added convenience that departs from this mall. The room is clean, the bathtub is for photo only - non-functional. Despite the construction noise sign, I got a room on floor 6 and barely heard the construction. I enjoyed my stay here, the room was cleaned everyday and amenities topped up. Washing detergent is provided and the washing machine is great! Could provide clothing clips in addition to the hangers to dry smaller garments like socks and underwear. Very nice and large projector TV screen. 5/5 - no complaints.

The overall environment is okay, and the neighborhood is not noisy. Even though the duplex apartment is forced to be divided into two rooms, it is a bit humorous. The door to my room leads to the stairs. But when you get up there, it’s pretty much the same as advertised in the pictures. I didn’t take pictures of the inside, but the price/performance ratio is pretty good.

The lady at the front desk served with a smile, and arranged timely pick-up and drop-off when arriving and leaving the hotel. The island-hopping tour service arranged by the boss was also good. The big bed room is close to the stairs. The sound insulation at the door is not very good, but the sound insulation of the wall is good. The room next door is No sound is heard. Environment: The hotel is the most facing the sea. Although there is no sea view room, it is the beach as soon as you go out, which is very close and convenient. Service: I didn't find the hotel when I arrived at the scenic spot. The proprietress of the convenience store next to me was very enthusiastic to help me call the hotel. The boss personally received the hotel and helped with the luggage. They were all very enthusiastic about the service. On a business trip, Jiangmen went to Shangchuan Island on the way, I stayed at the hotel smoothly along the way, A person rented a small electric car slowly and visited half the island, There is delicious seafood in the hotel, the weight is still very large, The barbecue restaurant next to it is also very good, The beach is cleaner and not crowded compared to other places, I really like the simplicity of most of the island or the natives. Although sometimes the price of the opening is high, but the bargaining price is cheap, Overall, it is very suitable for a few days of vacation, I will go again if I have a chance, I stayed at their hotel again, hoping to meet my sister and just at home.
