GGuest UserIt was a little confusing where the front desk was at first, as I wasn’t able to locate the hotel name anywhere in the building. I guess there was some sort of agreement made with the front desk on the 15th floor (under a different hotel name), as they were able to check me in. Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfy, and location was great - right next to a giant mall with many restaurants and arcades inside. Though I ran into a sketchy looking man in the elevator who didn’t seem to have a fob? And they just followed me off when it was my floor. It was concerning and I didn’t see any security guards in the building during my stay.

JJiaduobaoRomyClean and tidy. The front desk staff (both male and female) were very nice, and the security guard was also incredibly kind and gentle. Parking was convenient, and the amenities were complete. My only minor complaint is that the bathroom fan and light couldn't be controlled separately.

GGuest UserMy stay here was fantastic! The room was spotless, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that I slept like a baby. The front desk staff and housekeeping were all very friendly and quick to respond to any requests. Plenty of hot water, stable Wi-Fi, and good soundproofing too. The location is super convenient for getting around, and there are lots of great places to eat and drink nearby. Excellent value for money. They don't just go through the motions; you can really feel their genuine care. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserEverything about your hotel was excellent, but my check-out experience yesterday left me utterly displeased! I had explicitly arranged for a late check-out until 3:00 PM as one of my entitled benefits. Yet, around 1 PM, a front desk attendant called to inquire if I wished to extend my stay. I informed her that I wouldn't be extending and would be checking out. I proceeded to check out at 2:03 PM and departed. What truly shocked me was that while I was waiting for the elevator, I distinctly overheard your front desk attendant, seemingly unaware I was still within earshot, mocking me in a local dialect with a colleague. Her exact words were, 'Looks like she's got boiling water under her feet, doesn't she?' This incident makes me seriously question whether your staff management truly instills professional etiquette. Do your employees show basic respect to ordinary guests? Is there a fundamental lack of moral education? If the answer to all these questions is negative, then perhaps it's time for a serious re-evaluation of your staff's positions and a thorough adjustment of their roles.
