Nng boonI chose this hotel based on online reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. They offer a pick-up service from the high-speed rail station, and the 7-seater car was quite comfortable. The only downside is that public transportation in Taishan is very inconvenient, which was a real challenge for us coming back from abroad. I couldn't get a taxi from Taishan Pedestrian Street and was forced to walk back to the hotel, which took 40 minutes. However, the hotel room was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and they even provided a late-night snack. Both meals provided by the hotel were excellent. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it. Please keep up the good work; I'll definitely stay here again on my next family visit!

GGuest UserClean and tidy, very style in the Republic of China. The hotel retains the original functional foundation of the school. It uses a small part of the classroom to be converted into a house, so there are many places to take pictures. The facilities in the room and bathroom are not very advanced but enough. The family rooms are made into small attic.

CCorrine LeungWe traveled all through Asia & this was the largest, nicest & the most reasonable of all!! My sister stayed here many years ago in 2018 & recommended this place for myself & my cousins so that we can visit our family village which was 29 minutes away. We had an entire room for our shower & love the private bathroom! The front desk went out of our way to assist. The breakfast was plentiful & amazing! Unfortunately I was sick in bed for 2 days, & the house maid quietly came in & emptied our 2 garbage cans & left us fresh towels while I was laying in bed. She may have cleaned our toilet also. I already have recommended this place to my friends . Thank you !!!

JJiaduobaoRomyClean and tidy. The front desk staff (both male and female) were very nice, and the security guard was also incredibly kind and gentle. Parking was convenient, and the amenities were complete. My only minor complaint is that the bathroom fan and light couldn't be controlled separately.

AAnonymous UserFantastic hotel! I always stay at Ji Hotel 4.0 and 5.0 properties, and this one, as always, delivered excellent service. The front desk staff were very friendly and had lovely smiles. The laundry room was super efficient and got my clothes washed and dried promptly. I even saw an auntie cleaning the treadmills – 100% attention to detail! I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserI chose this hotel due to its proximity to both my home and my grandparents' house. However, an event called the ”All-China National Games”, specifically a volleyball tournament held in Taishan - meant that most of the players were also staying here. I understand that this arrangement was likely due to government decision-making. Nonetheless, this situation caused significant inconvenience to regular guests. For instance, delivery services (robots) were prohibited, and access to the self-service laundry was restricted. When I asked for assistance, a staff member stated, ”We don't do laundry for customers.” Only after I explained my inconvenience was caused by the national games did the manager offer to make an exception, saying, ”We will do laundry for you since you are a special case these days.” This reasoning is highly unsatisfactory. The reason I couldn't do my laundry was that I was denied access to the sixth floor, where the laundry room is located. If the hotel cannot adequately accommodate regular customers during such events, they should not accept bookings from the public.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: Very complete. Just bring your own food, seasonings, disposable bowls and chopsticks. Staying in the villa allows you to make delicious meals like at home. It also has its own yard for barbecue. Hygiene: Generally OK. But the bedding is a bit old Environment: Quiet surroundings. Convenient parking. We had 5 cars parked at the door of the villa without any problems. It was convenient to pack up. The children loved the swimming pool and slide the most. They had a lot of fun. Service: Butler Ajun was enthusiastic and responsive.

GGuest UserGrand hotel that has seen better days. Room is dark and musty. Signs of damage to wall and ceiling. Breakfast is on lower end and nearly the same variety everyday. Asked to be given room facing away from park. Otherwise very noisy but noise did promptly stop at 10pm. One day we were out and windstorm occurred. Returned to hotel and found someone had fetched our belongings from the balcony back into the room without asking. Very impressed by this attention. Thank you.
