The proprietress was really nice. She called me on the way to let me know that she would come for dinner. We ate as soon as we arrived at the B&B. It felt a bit like going home. I could feel the warmth of home even in a foreign place. Thank you! The room is very clean and the yard is beautiful. I like this hotel very much! I'll come back if I have the chance.

The owner, seeing we were a family, upgraded us to a tatami room. The room was spacious, and the kids loved it. The best home-cooked meal we had, haha, we were too full of meat! The only downside was that we ordered too late, so the chef was forced to work overtime to prepare breakfast. Breakfast was also very comforting and warming. The owner even gave us face masks. Overall, it was a pretty good place to stay near Sayram Lake. After leaving Sayram Lake, we saw the Guozigou Bridge, and it was conveniently located on the way back.

實話實説，酒店性價比確實可以，住了兩晚房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，保潔阿姨也按時更換毛巾雜物，基礎條件挑不出毛病。 之前房間紙巾不夠，找前台年輕小姐姐幫忙，對方特別熱心耐心，立馬就增補了紙巾，服務體驗很不錯。 可退房這天的經歷真的讓人心裏堵得慌。早上八點半辦完退房，吃完早飯家裡長者臨時想上廁所，想着順路回來拿車問問廁所位置也沒啥。碰上年紀偏大的前台，一上來就盤問身份，謹慎核實倒也能理解。 按着她説的方向去找，沒瞧見廁所蹤影，衹看到一位收拾廢品的大爺，來回轉悠都沒找到，衹好回頭再打聽具體位置。結果這人立馬換了副態度，説話夾槍帶棒，還冷言嘲諷，指責我們為什麼退房前不解決問題，言語格外刺耳。 本來衹是隨口詢問，沒有也就作罷，沒必要這般刁難擺臉色。最後還是熱心大爺幫忙指路，才順利解決需求。 好好的口碑全被這位前台人員敗壞，店家整體軟硬件都還行，就個別工作人員服務態度惡劣，待人處事毫無分寸感，實在太影響入住觀感，真心希望門店好好約束員工言行。

The guesthouse itself was also a pleasant surprise: located in Guozigou Pasture, less than an hour's drive from Sayram Lake, the courtyard was lush and green, the rooms were clean and tidy, the facilities were new, and I had a very comfortable stay. The water heater boiled water too slowly. It was said that it was at least half an hour after plugging in the electricity. The front desk did not inform in advance, resulting in half of the washing without water. It took another hour to burn the indicator light he said was on. One person had to wait after washing. I have never seen such a hotel.

Parking was convenient. The room was large and well-equipped, but a bit dated. The slam of the door could be heard throughout the hallway. The bedding was clean, but there were stains on the bedside table. I thought it was old and indelible, but I wiped it with a napkin and it came off. It seems the housekeeping was not attentive. What I couldn't tolerate was the cleanliness of the breakfast. The plates and bowls on the table for guests to use were extremely dirty, which seriously ruined the dining experience!

This hotel has a good location and convenient transportation. I booked a standard room with my friends and stayed for one night. The stay was very good.
