This was followed by the front desk's warm greeting, which felt truly refreshing. They politely asked if I had a reservation and confirmed my room. After I confirmed, they quickly processed my check-in, further enhancing my positive impression with their efficiency.
Before this, I had contacted the hotel regarding parking. They informed me they had two parking lots, so there wouldn't be an issue finding a spot, with one located at the hotel entrance and the other about 200 meters away. They then asked for my estimated arrival time. As I was about to arrive, I received a call from the hotel letting me know there were still parking spaces available at the entrance. This made me feel cared for and warm, which was very comforting.
Now, let's talk about the feeling after checking into the room. The first impression was how smart technology has integrated into daily life. Voice-controlled air conditioning, lighting, curtains, and entertainment systems provided immense relief after a long and tiring journey. The mental focus I maintained while driving immediately relaxed. Coupled with a medium-firm mattress that softly enveloped my body while still providing support, both my mind and body completely relaxed. The experience was truly excellent!
I really like this hotel and highly recommend everyone try it.
