One double bed and two single beds are suitable for family trips, and can easily accommodate elderly people and children. Cleanliness: The hotel is clean and tidy. The floors and bathrooms are spotless, with no hair on the floor. The bedding is also clean and tidy. Environment: The overall environment is quite good. There's a parking lot across the street, and a food court and food museum downstairs. It's very close to the river, making shopping and dining very convenient. Service: The service is excellent. The security guard at the entrance proactively helped with our luggage. The front desk staff were polite and welcoming. Seeing that we had a lot of luggage, they let us put it down before checking in. They also provided breakfast for the elderly and children. In the evening, the staff brought us yogurt and bread prepared by the hotel.

The hotel has an underground parking garage, though you need to go up two steps to reach the elevator. There's also a small parking spot right in front of the hotel, which is convenient. The hotel is only two years old, so the facilities are modern and well-equipped. The TV can play live channels, the air conditioning works great, there's a smart toilet, and the shower facilities are good with stable hot water and strong pressure. The hotel is clean and hygienic, with a good wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The bedsheets and duvet covers are clean and comfortable. The breakfast offers a good variety of items, though there isn't any fruit, but it's certainly enough to fill you up. The hotel management is good, and the service staff are warm and welcoming. There are three types of six bottled drinks in the mini-fridge that are chargeable; I'd suggest adding a charge indicator to them.

The guest rooms are clean and tidy. The cleaning lady has a good service attitude. She greeted us warmly when we met and asked if we needed anything at any time. The large French windows provide excellent lighting. Wanda Plaza is opposite the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping. My clothes smelled after eating hot pot, so I asked at the front desk if there was laundry detergent in the room. I was told that if I had clothes to wash, there was a free self-service laundry room. If I didn't have time, there were staff who could help me wash them. It was so considerate. I will definitely choose this store next time I come.

The place of the hotel is easy to find, the house number is obvious. The parking lot is very large, we arrived after dark, there are still many places. No breakfast service. The shower, bathroom and sink are separate, but the bathroom is small and the ass has to come out of the bathroom. The cabinet has a big smell, and I dare not open it or hang clothes. There is no place to sell breakfast nearby, so I have to go to the city.

Ok hôtel for one night. Mosquito window didn't close properly and mosquitoes came in. Although it says it's located by the railway station, you need to take a bus to get there as it's far. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The location is very good, it is very convenient to go anywhere by the river in the old town, because there are more people and cars going to the Spring Festival, and the parking lot will not stop when it is late. The staff is very good. It’s just that the bathroom just went to don’t know where the water leaks or how there is a stall of water. The sound of the air conditioner fan is a bit noisy in winter, and the others are fine.

Super cute and friendly staff. All good. The only thing was that you could smell that smoking in the room is allowed and the old smoke smell is very strong. If you are not smoking I would recommend asking for a non-smoking room :)

a very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. location is in the ancient town, with plenty of shops and restaurants around. the room is simple and functional, hot shower and other things work well. quiet environment, can recommend and will come again one day.

After initial registration issues and our persistence we got our room. Everything works well, it's quiet and clean. Location is convinient, just a few hundret meters to a very good food street. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Will come again for sure.
