The staff member, Ping'er, was smiling throughout, patiently answering all my questions and even proactively helping me plan local sightseeing routes. Room service was incredibly quick; whether it was replenishing supplies or handling last-minute requests, everything was taken care of immediately. What was especially heartwarming was how Yuanyuan actively helped me with my luggage and called a taxi when I checked out. The recommended stone pot fish was also delicious! ✌︎˶╹ꇴ╹˶✌︎ From the small details to the overall experience, I truly felt at home. Highly recommend!

The room is a little bit hot (this season will feel a bit stuffy) No air conditioning, no exhaust fan in the toilet. The hotel in southern Shaanxi has punched in and is delicious. The breakfast is rich and tastes good. Overall, the hotel is in the scenic area, it is very convenient to go back to the hotel to rest at any time, very satisfied with the experience. The gym equipped by the hotel is also very good, but unfortunately the swimming pool is not open, it should be open in mid-May, look forward to it, will go again.

GGuest UserArrived at 1am and left after staying for only one night. The bathroom has no window, and there is a smell of sewage when the door is opened. The light is sensor-activated, which is a bit unacceptable. This hotel should have opened not long ago, but the overall maintenance and hygiene are average. It is invested by a local enterprise, and the hotel management needs to be improved.
However, some food and fruits are prepared in the room, which can resolve many dissatisfactions. I sincerely hope that local enterprises investing in hotels will not only use their names but also work hard to improve the quality of details.

When I checked in, the front desk of the hotel had helped to turn on the air conditioner in the room in advance.
