Behind the pine trees full of pine fruits are the 🌲 and the mountains ⛰️; whether it is the bed in the guest room, the living room, the curtain sofa and the bathroom equipment are extremely elegant; The restaurant is tastefully furnished. The chef is a Cantonese Western chef with overseas work experience. The housekeeper is very attentive and thoughtful, especially Kevin is responsive, making people feel warm and at home; The visit of white yak can confirm the natural scenery and environment of the mountains at 1499 altitude. Spring is looking forward to coming to the rhododendrons in the mountains; summer is looking forward to enjoying the summer of Jujilang in the mountains; autumn picks up chestnuts 🌰 pine nuts; In winter, see the smog and snow, relax in the silent mountains and forests, respect the free mountain wind and undefined

GGuest UserThe overall experience of this stay is acceptable, the hotel infrastructure is complete, and it can meet the needs of travel and accommodation. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful. When they encountered a problem that the door could not be opened normally during the stay, they could assist in handling and changing the room in time. They also asked whether they were preparing relevant exam supplies for candidates, and the service was meticulous and warm. The downside is that the sound insulation effect of the hotel needs to be improved. There is still a lot of noise in the early morning at night. I don't know which room is still playing music from 1 am to 3 am, which affects normal rest. We hope that the hotel will strengthen sound insulation and night management in the future, and provide guests with a quieter and comfortable living environment.

The staff member, Ping'er, was smiling throughout, patiently answering all my questions and even proactively helping me plan local sightseeing routes. Room service was incredibly quick; whether it was replenishing supplies or handling last-minute requests, everything was taken care of immediately. What was especially heartwarming was how Yuanyuan actively helped me with my luggage and called a taxi when I checked out. The recommended stone pot fish was also delicious! ✌︎˶╹ꇴ╹˶✌︎ From the small details to the overall experience, I truly felt at home. Highly recommend!

AAnonymous UserMore accurately, it's a hotel complex. The entire hotel is situated on a high mountain wetland, requiring a winding ascent along a mountain road. While the road is in good condition, it's steep, so be careful. Once you reach the summit, you can see the hotel's unique architectural design. Its various functional buildings are scattered throughout the forest, separated and shaded by woodlands and mountain streams, and connected by winding paths. There are the ”Famous School Hall” and ”Celebrity Hall” for residential and conference purposes, as well as the ”Celebrity Hall” for sports centers. There are also residential buildings and buildings housing Chinese and Western restaurants, and a zoo for visitors to enjoy. The overall environment is remarkably natural, creating a garden-style hotel that blends seamlessly with nature. A downside is the lack of controllable air conditioning in the rooms. While the hotel claims to use a German thermostat, the results are disappointing. The two nights we stayed there were unbearably hot and humid, and the hotel only provided floor fans to cool us down, claiming the air conditioning was fully operational. This suggests this is a common complaint among guests.

GGuest UserThe Shiquan Riverside Hotel is particularly satisfied. The whole house is intelligently managed. The hotel layout is very big. After breakfast, you can eat enough. It is very close to Shiquan Old Street. Please note that the parking lot next to the hotel is not the hotel parking lot. It is the parking lot of the property behind. Friends who need parking should say hello to the front desk. Don't park the wrong parking lot like we have to pay, the scenery from the window of the hotel in Figure 3 is worth living

GGuest UserThe staff was warm and courteous throughout the whole process. They were intimate and thoughtful from the beginning of check-in. They took the initiative to help carry luggage and introduce the park to play the moving line. Any demand response was super fast, the details were full, and there was no perfunctory feeling at all.
The rooms exceeded expectations! The room was clean and tidy without odor. The decoration continued the elegant and warm new Chinese style. The lighting was transparent, the floor-to-ceiling windows faced the garden view of the courtyard, and the window was green.
Living here, you can not only immersive feel the lake and mountain aura of Wuhu, but also enjoy a intimate and comfortable accommodation experience. Relaxation and short trips are full marks. It has been included in my second brush list and I highly recommend it to everyone! 003
