Spa Hotels in London

I really can't help but complain about this hotel. It's not cheap, but it's incredibly hard to find. They say it's connected to The O2, but it's very far from the subway station and extremely difficult to locate, with very few signs. Also, the check-in and check-out process was the longest I've ever experienced. On top of that, the mini-bar in the room was ridiculously expensive, and they didn't specify which items were chargeable or provide prices in advance. I only drank two bottles of water and took out a biscuit but didn't touch it, and they deducted £33 from my deposit. If it weren't for the Ariana Grande concert, I wouldn't have stayed at this hotel at all. It's definitely the worst InterContinental I've ever stayed at in terms of service. However, there were some pleasant surprises. The room facilities and the view were top-notch and worth the price. It's just the service and the location that are hard to overlook.

The hotel's location is great, right next to St. Paul's Cathedral and within walking distance to the Museum of Contemporary Art. The family room was small, and the bathroom was tiny, barely allowing us to open a 30-inch suitcase. The rooftop bar requires reservations and is for guests aged 21 and over. Luggage storage is available, and early check-in is possible if a room is ready; we checked in at 1:30 PM. Overall, the location and service were good, and the room was quiet, but the facilities are only on par with a 3-star hotel in China. It's more suitable for couples.

Their enthusiasm extended to my departure, ensuring that my check-out process was just as smooth. This level of service reaffirmed my decision to return to The Langham in the future. During a delightful conversation with Melissa,I learned about her genuine passion for the hotel, and it was inspiring to see someone who genuinely enjoys their work. I strongly believe that employees who love their workplace naturally provide better service, and Melissa is a perfect example of this. Perhaps this is part of The Langham’s charm—not only does it attract guests, but it also creates an environment where employees take pride in their work. Additionally, I am deeply grateful to Office Duty Manager Nanyu Nanev,who went above and beyond to assist me when I stored my luggage. His kindness and willingness to solve any issues reassured me, making my onward journey much more secure. His efficiency and professionalism left a lasting impression, and I truly respect his dedication to providing outstanding service. Overall, my experience at The Langham was nothing short of exceptional, and I look forward to returning to this wonderful hotel in the future.

Had a great stay, came back to London after a tour around the UK and checked in again. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of Kensington Palace, Hyde Park, and the Royal Albert Hall. The bus stop is right outside. I particularly enjoyed the shops on both sides of the street leading to the subway station; it has all the well-known chain stores in the UK. Honestly, the price on Trip.com was the best option among all booking platforms.

The hotel is located by the River Thames. My room had a view of the London Eye and Big Ben, though the angle wasn't perfect. The hotel facilities were also good. The nearest tube station is a short walk away, making getting around by subway very convenient. There's also a train station nearby, but it's largely useless as there are almost no direct destinations from there. Dining options in the immediate area are limited, so finding food wasn't very convenient, and the hotel's own restaurant wasn't particularly good value for money. However, there are supermarkets nearby, making it easy to buy groceries. I had a rather alarming experience with a false fire alarm during my stay. I was resting in my room when the building's fire alarm suddenly went off. I had to walk down from the 10th floor with other hotel staff, but even they seemed unsure where the exit was once we reached the ground floor. Meanwhile, the staff on the ground floor seemed completely unfazed and were carrying on with their work as usual. In the end, no one knew what caused it – it turned out to be a false alarm, I suppose I can just consider it a fire drill.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Tower of London. While we were queuing for check-in, a waiter offered us white wine, and the thoughtful dry white was really good! The waiting area had large sofas and lemon water, perfect for a short rest 💤. The room truly exceeded expectations – it was spacious and very comfortable, even with slippers provided. It felt much better overall than other well-known brand hotels we booked in the city! I forgot my power bank in the waiting area, couldn't find it when I went back down, but after asking the lovely lady at the front desk, they had found and kept it for me, which I really appreciated! Oh, and breakfast was also fantastic!

It's really close to the airport, so it's a good option for early flights or late arrivals! For convenience, staying one night and making do is totally fine! The only weird thing is someone kept knocking on the door, and I have no idea who it was. ~ Overall, it's manageable, but the parking isn't cheap – online it said £35, but it was actually £40 a day.

Overall, it is ok, the location is also very easy to find, the environment is good, if it is a business trip, it is a good choice. With the early price, it is acceptable in the UK.

Cons: There was a small bloodstain on the bedsheet at the foot of the bed, like a squashed mosquito. The room only provided two bottles of water on the first day, and two biscuits on the teacup on the second day, but nothing else for the remaining days of my four-night stay. The trash can had no liner, which might be for environmental reasons, but it made me hesitant to even put fruit peels in it. Pros: The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to Big Ben. There's free iced water and apples at the entrance. It's quite expensive, nearly 2,000 per night, and that doesn't even include breakfast or daily complimentary water. I rated the service as good because when I asked a staff member if complimentary water was provided daily, he said he didn't know but still gave us two bottles for free. Later, when we asked the front desk, they said it wasn't policy, so I really appreciated the staff member's kindness.

Fantastic location! Plus, the room was a spacious suite. Even though the lighting wasn't the best, it did have two small windows. The welcome fruit was a nice touch, and there was even a bottle of red wine – definitely felt like a special occasion. And the breakfast was delicious too. Worth it!
