We had the most amazing stay at The Landmark London celebrating my husband’s milestone birthday. From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded all of our expectations.
We had requested an upgrade for the special occasion, and the hotel very kindly granted this — the room was absolutely beautiful and made the celebration even more memorable. The service throughout our stay was exceptional; every member of staff we encountered was warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming.
Travelling with our baby, we also really appreciated how family-friendly the hotel is. The atmosphere in the hotel is simply wonderful — elegant yet relaxed — and the stunning atrium creates such a special setting.
It truly felt like a memorable occasion from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team for helping make my husband’s milestone birthday so special. We look forward to returning again soon.

Guest UserAMAZING STAY! WOULD BOOK AGAIN AND RECOMMEND.
Came with family for a birthday weekend trip. We were all very impressed. Location is excellent- basically in the heart of London with breathtaking views of St Paul’s Cathedral. The hotel itself was outstanding - scaly considering its 4 stars. It’s more like 5 to be honest. Free water on site and in rooms, which is extremely helpful. The hotel is very spacious, modern and beautifully designed. The rooms were very spacious with the BEST shower! There is even a hair dryer and iron provided in the rooms. Spa facilities was amazing- lovely sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The breakfast had a variety - very accommodating to those who have dietary requirements/ need veggie options. Staff were so kind, helpful and accommodating. Service was outstanding overall and I would most definitely return. Thank you for allowing us to have such an enjoyable experience.

LexinotlexieA Memorable Stay at The Langham: Exceptional Service and Hospitality
I had an amazing stay at The Langham, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the staff. First and foremost, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the front desk team, Melissa and Pallmeet, for their warm welcome upon my arrival. Their efficiency in handling my check-in process was impressive, making the experience seamless and pleasant. Melissa’s attention to detail stood out as she remembered my preferences, which made me feel truly valued and at home. Their enthusiasm extended to my departure, ensuring that my check-out process was just as smooth. This level of service reaffirmed my decision to return to The Langham in the future.
During a delightful conversation with Melissa,I learned about her genuine passion for the hotel, and it was inspiring to see someone who genuinely enjoys their work. I strongly believe that employees who love their workplace naturally provide better service, and Melissa is a perfect example of this. Perhaps this is part of The Langham’s charm—not only does it attract guests, but it also creates an environment where employees take pride in their work.
Additionally, I am deeply grateful to Office Duty Manager Nanyu Nanev, who went above and beyond to assist me when I stored my luggage. His kindness and willingness to solve any issues reassured me, making my onward journey much more secure. His efficiency and professionalism left a lasting impression, and I truly respect his dedication to providing outstanding service.
Overall, my experience at The Langham was nothing short of exceptional, and I look forward to returning to this wonderful hotel in the future.

LandloperGemBooked for 1 night for my Mum and I before our early morning flight to Santorini. Exceptional location spitting distance (short walk) straight into Terminal. Great service from all staff, quick check in, help with heavy bags from taxi up to room and perfectly clean room. Lobby bar and restaurant excellent, we enjoyed food and prosecco before bed. Highly recommend.

Guest UserOverall, it is ok, the location is also very easy to find, the environment is good, if it is a business trip, it is a good choice. With the early price, it is acceptable in the UK.

Guest UserWe travelled with a 6-month old baby and we stayed at the Park Hyatt London River Thames in May 2026 in the King Corner Room for 4 nights and in the Deluxe Room for 3 nights. We were very impressed overall with the quality of the rooms and service we received.
Location: The hotel is located in the Nine Elms/Vauxhall neighbourhood in Zone 1 of London. It is a little far off the centre and the main attractions in central London but that was fine with us and we intentionally chose this locations we wanted to be away from the crowds and noise in central London.
Notwithstanding that, the hotel is located near the Nine Elms tube station which is on the Northern Line. It takes about 5 mins to walk to Nine Elms station and it takes about 10 mins to get from Nine Elms to Tottenham Court station.
Room
The corner king room was serviceable but the deluxe room was very impressive. The deluxe room was spacious and we had enough space for a crib.
The finishings were very modern and tasteful. The aesthetics of the hotel evoked a sense of understated sophistication.
As we were travelling with a 6-month old baby, the hotel also provided numerous amenities such as a crib, baby bathtub, bottle warmer, and steam steriliser.
Service
The service was impeccable and the staff made us feel very welcome. From the moment we got off our taxi, the porters greeted us and helped us with our bags. We were provided with water while waiting to check in. Housekeeping staff were always pleasant, non-intrusive, and warm and friendly. Everyone we met at the hotel were genuinely friendly and helpful.
The first 4 photos are of the Deluxe Room. Definitely book the deluxe room if it is within your budget. We did not regret it.

Guest UserThis hotel has a great location, but I think there are many better luxury hotels in London.
The service and basic hospitality were far below expectations; the room was beautiful, but lacked any real inspiration.
The book on the table was incredibly boring: no originality or anything thought-provoking.
On my floor, they were filming a TV show, which was very disruptive (a real nuisance), but they made no effort to control the situation or notify guests in advance.
After dinner, I returned to find strange items in my room; a mistake, but it took a long time to resolve.
The restaurant food was delicious, but the wait was incredibly long.
Service in the café was very inconsistent, and many of the servers were surprisingly slow (and for eight pounds for a coffee, I think they could at least give you a small biscuit or ask if you’d like a glass of water).
I feel that if you're going to spend a lot of money in London, you can really choose a much better hotel. I hope this hotel can improve!

haoxidiTraveling to London, I compared several hotels on Trip.com and finally chose the 'Park Plaza London Waterloo.' It's incredibly convenient for tube/train travel, and within walking distance of attractions like the London Eye, Big Ben, and the Imperial War Museum. Plus, there are supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. My experience on check-in day was excellent, especially thanks to a staff member whose badge showed 'Aliyah.' She was very kind and explained the hotel facilities and timings clearly. Upon entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised to find it clean, tidy, well-laid-out, and quite spacious. For a hotel of this caliber and price in London, it offers fantastic value for money. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to London.

Guest UserThe hotel boasts a strategic location, perfect for classic shopping trips and sightseeing. The rooms are larger than average for London, and the services are good. The building itself is quite old but well-maintained and partially modernized. The tea room and Indian restaurant are excellent. The main drawback, typical for hotels of this kind, is the bathroom – while efficient and clean, it's definitely dated and offers limited amenities.

First time traveling to London with friends and I booked a room at the Inhabit Queen's Gardens. The location was perfect...about 4 blocks from Paddington Station, which made it very easy to get to. Upon arrival the hotel upgraded my room without me even asking! They put me in a larger room that was super clean...I'm a stickler for things like that. The room had everything I needed. I especially liked their ”spa” touches from the robes, to the soaps, to the shampoo & conditioner. Each day when they turned down my bed...they left a diffuser on with the scent called ”clean.” I loved walking into my room to the fresh scent. The hotel is also vegan. So, no meats at their café. But, I didn't mind at all since the food was healthy, clean and delicious. Note: this is a cashless hotel. So, even if you order a cappuccino you have to give them your charge card. Didn't bother me at all, but others might want to use cash at times. The staff are wonderful. Super friendly and always around to offer you help. Our first night there they pointed us to a wonderful pub literally across the street called the Cleveland Arms. We ended up going there 4 times during our trip! While I did not use their spa services, I would highly recommended this hotel and if I ever return to London, which I hope to do, I will stay here again :)
