Central location. Front desk and concierge staff are excellent. They providing us with great information. We were celebrating and they made us feel extra special. We can’t wait to return! Bar downstairs has great cocktails and the breakfast was wonderful.

Gym is well equipped with new machines and very well kept. Swimming pool is nice. Room is big for London standard and there is coffee machine with nice coffee capsule for selection. But it’s a bit aged thought it’s very clean. Breakfast at Level 2 Terrace is very cosy and nice. Totally worth it.

Great location for Piccadilly and the London sights. Breakfast was also fabulous. Staff at the hotel go above and beyond. Special thanks to Radi Dimiatrova and Kariny Cazuza for their careful preparation of our room for our arrival. This was a reunion for me and my daughter and it was a great surprise. Thanks to all the hotel staff who looked after us during our stay and for the bar staff for looking after us with Negronis one night in the piano bar!

Exceptional service in the heart of London. My teenage daughter and I could come and go with ease, soaking up the sights and iconic landmarks nearby and enjoying theatre performances in the evenings. The location was perfect for making the most of everything London has to offer, and we had a wonderful stay.

Everything is decent not quite the 5 stars we were hoping for. The location is perfect although we were woken up by false fire alarms in the morning two days in a row (excluding the fire emergency drill)

Lovely room, great location. was for an engagement night that the hotel were very helpful. Grateful for their help in making the night special.
