"The room was great, very spacious, and they even offered afternoon tea daily. If the weather's good, you can sit by the window and enjoy your tea and snacks.
The view is absolutely beautiful, and the location is fantastic. It's right at the pier's terminal, and they can direct you along the river to the boat tour's starting point, so it's perfectly convenient after a boat trip.
The service was also superb. We arrived a bit late on the first day and almost missed the Impression Sanjie Liu show. To our surprise, the hotel staff proactively offered to help us bring our luggage back later, which allowed us to catch the performance. We were very touched by their kindness.
Don't forget to take some photos on the balcony – it's a perfect spot for great shots!"

KKisetsuThis place is impeccable:
1. Our concierge literally responded in less than 5 minutes EVERY TIME. Whenever we need to go somewhere, they called a cart for us almost immediately. They also responded to other nuances quickly, such as hot water, WiFi, everyday issues.
2. The breakfast and afternoon tea are amazing. Everything is FRESHLY made, not pre-packaged food. We, a bunch of 20+’s, fell in love with their chips and fried fish. The fried fish is so good!
3. What really impressed us was that we left an AirPod in the room - they informed us almost immediately before we left. Very honest and attentive people!
4. When we left, the rain was pouring - they were really helpful on loading the luggages, even in very heavy rain to our car. Even with such impeccable services, they never came to bother us “give us a good review on the platform”. So I can assume all reviews here are very honest.
Not to mention the beautiful views and the clean pools. We’d definitely come back again!

MM233150****Facilities: The facilities are very new, and the environment is elegant and comfortable.
Cleanliness: It's very clean and tidy, with not a speck of dirt anywhere.
Environment: The hotel has a courtyard by the river, offering views of the Yulong River, bamboo forests, and the Big Banyan Tree scenic area. The room balcony offers stunning sunset views. The hotel's interior decor is also excellent, and the courtyard is beautiful with a pool and a lawn, making it lovely and comfortable both day and night. The kids especially loved the rotating chairs in the courtyard.
Service: The service attitude is superb; both the elderly and children praised it endlessly. Every staff member we met was incredibly kind, treating guests like family. On colder evenings, they even left us warm sweet potatoes, which were delicious! They provide shuttle service for every entry and exit, which is very convenient!
We'll definitely come back to Yangshuo and stay here again for a vacation; it's truly a destination hotel in Yangshuo!

MM320574****Had a truly wonderful and relaxing weekend at Sugar House!
At night, you can see so many stars from the hotel, and the greenery and fresh air are fantastic. The ducks and bunnies are also well cared for and super cute! The cultural workshops are very unique; there were several I wanted to join, but I only had time for sugar painting and basket weaving.
The bamboo raft is super convenient – no need to go to the county pier. You can board directly from the hotel's back entrance. The route is less crowded and the scenery is beautiful.
The staff are all very warm and friendly. Our butler, Luna, provided thoughtful service, responded professionally and quickly, and even arranged for the kitchen to make ginger tea for us when she learned we were feeling a bit under the weather.
The hotel's homemade date cake and passion fruit cake have a unique taste.
I really love hotels with such a warm atmosphere. I'll definitely recommend it to friends and will stay again if I get the chance.

Lle****The hotel boasts a beautiful environment. On my first day, I watched the sunset ceremony during check-in, which was short but sweet. I enjoyed it while savoring the complimentary sweet soup from the hotel – both the activity and the dessert were wonderful, making me very happy.
The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet tasteful decor. The painting above the bed was very artistic, and the books in the bedroom along with the incense burner on the table really enhanced the sense of relaxation. My only regret was not bringing my calligraphy brush and paper.
The villa's backyard garden was small yet exquisite. Sitting at the living room dining table, sipping tea, I could gaze out through the floor-to-ceiling window at the courtyard trees and wall. Beyond the wall, I could see the blue sky and white clouds above the eaves, and peacocks occasionally flew by, perching on the opposite eaves and singing, which brought immense joy.
The front yard was spacious and bathed in sunlight. There was a large table against the wall, perfect for a group of friends to enjoy tea and conversation – very thoughtful. Two lounge chairs were placed outside the living room's floor-to-ceiling glass, making it an ideal spot for sunbathing.
The Chinese restaurant offered delicious dishes and excellent service, which I truly appreciated. The Yangshuo Spotted Fish Hotpot left a lasting impression. For breakfast, in addition to pre-squeezed fresh juices, they also offered freshly prepared vegetable and fruit juices upon guest request, which was incredibly considerate.
The peacocks, ducks, and geese roaming freely made us feel like part of their landscape, creating a wonderful sense of closeness.
Yangshuo Banyan Tree was truly beautiful and healing. I will definitely return.

GGuest UserI have been very busy recently and only now have time to write a review. Let me first say the conclusion: this is definitely the best hotel in our one-month trip. Not only is the hotel of high style and modern and comfortable decoration, the rooms have a wide view and a large sense of space. The room 402 we stayed in has a large panoramic window. We stayed there for three days and stayed in the room for two days, drinking tea and watching the rolling mountains and bamboo rafts outside the window. This is the wild scenery of Yangshuo that we most want to see. What really makes us remember this hotel even though we have traveled to other places is its service and culture: there is a faint aroma of essential oils as soon as you enter the hotel, which instantly makes people let down their guard; the rice noodles for breakfast are very appetizing, and what surprises us even more is that their rice porridge is very warm and sweet, and paired with the equally carefully prepared Lipu taro and pasta dishes, it is really perfect for people like us who want to have a light taste early in the morning. There are many small things that reflect their dedication to running this hotel. For example, a guest said the night before that he wanted to sleep with the window open but did not want to be bitten by mosquitoes. The next day, the front desk clerk called a master to install screens in all the rooms. Details reveal a person's true character, and we were completely moved by the sincerity of this hotel. Yangshuo was originally just a stop on our trip, but because this hotel provided a full sense of vacation, we decided to come back next time we travel.

The room has a separate wet and dry area, and all the toiletries are well-stocked. The bedding is so comfortable you won't want to get out of bed! The pink photo spot on the rooftop, the outdoor pool, and the e-sports area are all free, and there's also a complimentary self-service afternoon tea and a late-night sweet soup. The service is excellent, with staff ready to answer any questions. Traveling during the off-peak season made the experience even better. You can book this place with confidence – you won't be disappointed!

The hotel breakfast was also very considerate; they allow guests to have the breakfast set delivered to their room if they haven't woken up yet. YYiwanwanTaking advantage of the Christmas holiday to travel from Hong Kong back to mainland China, the Riverside Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The front desk upgraded me to a river view room. The room was spacious and clean, with good facilities and amenities. The most delightful surprise was the hotel's surroundings; nestled by the mountains and water, after breakfast, I took a stroll along the river, accompanied by the scent of osmanthus, and my mood instantly lifted! The location is also excellent. You can walk to Gongnong Bridge to rent an e-bike for exploring, or walk a few more minutes to Qing'e Ferry Terminal to take a bamboo raft (this raft route offers a wide view, allowing you to see the 'camel crossing the river'!). The hotel breakfast also offered a rich variety. All in all, highly recommended!
