XXiaohanbaogongzhuThis is a pet-friendly hotel, and I can definitely vouch for its cleanliness and environment. The mountains and water are beautiful, and our room was spotless. There were a lot of mosquitoes on the balcony at night, which is to be expected in a mountainous area, so I can't really fault the hotel for that. However, I strongly advise against booking any excursions through this hotel. Since I had my dog with me, I asked if dogs were allowed on the boat tours. The young front desk attendant first said she 'didn't know' and then called over an older colleague, who immediately said 'no.' But then I saw videos on Xiaohongshu (a social media app) of people with small dogs on bamboo rafts, so I asked if those rafts were different from the ones offered here. She then said, 'Oh, you mean that type? I can help you call and ask if you need to.' She quoted me 110 RMB per person for a private boat, while I had seen prices of 200-280 RMB for a private boat. She then rambled on about how that price wouldn't work for two people and a dog, and said, 'You can go book it yourself if you find that price.' Well, as they say, only when you spend your own money do you dare to speak the truth. There are many locals at the dock; just ask them directly and bargain. In the end, we got a private boat with parking included for 260 RMB.

GGuest UserFacilities: Unbeatable! A fully Chinese-style courtyard villa with a swimming pool. The pool has circulating water; it would be perfect if it were heated. Solid wood furniture, a Sony TV, Teaism amenities, and velvet slippers. The wardrobe could use a bit more maintenance. There's a minor design flaw: the hallway between the bedroom and the bathroom is a little narrow, making it difficult for two people to pass simultaneously. Cleanliness: Spotless, incredibly clean. Environment: Just look at the pictures, it's absolutely stunning! Service: The service was meticulous, and the butler was very attentive. They struck the perfect balance in terms of guest interaction, creating a strong sense of belonging and a true vacation vibe. Daily Kayumanis homemade cookies: Delicious, and we even received them as a farewell gift. Colorful double afternoon tea: Pretty good. Daily seasonal fruit: Delicious. Breakfast had a lot of character.

GGuest UserAs soon as I arrived at the B&B, the warm smile of the front desk staff greeted me, instantly dispelling my fatigue from the journey. When checking in, the staff was very efficient, quick and careful. They also patiently introduced me to the facilities of the B&B, surrounding attractions and transportation conditions. The location of the homestay is simply too great. You can always see the Yulong River and the surrounding scenery is breathtaking. On rainy days, you can see rolling hills covered with green trees and shrouded in clouds and mist, like a natural ink painting. The B&B I stayed in on this trip completely refreshed my understanding of B&Bs. It gave me a great experience in every aspect. I must recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserLovely hotel with a rustic vibe. Amenities and activities are good but service doesn’t live up to the expectation. They only have one English speaking staff and she’s in charge of the reception, considering they have a huge number of foreigners checked in. Restaurant service was pretty bad. Staff didn’t get our order right and no one speaks English. Photo service for room 508 was very good. I love the results and the photographer was amazing and very accommodating. SPA massage was excellent and the SPA itself has very calming feeling. Location is perfect, it’s solemn and quiet yet not far from main town.

Upon check-in, you're added to a WeChat group with a butler who sends activity information and checks on your needs, addressing any requests promptly. The hotel grounds are quite spacious; you can take a long, leisurely stroll, with the river on one side and mountains on the other. You can even get feed to interact with peacocks, koi, and ducks, which is a lovely experience. The complimentary afternoon tea is also quite generous. The fan painting experience, where you enjoy the fun of painting and get to keep the finished fan, offers a unique and different kind of enjoyment.

YYecaiI've lost count of how many times I've been to Yangshuo, and this time I chose this hotel primarily for its location. Previously, I stayed by the Yulong River, which was a bit far from West Street. The last time I was by the Li River, so this time I opted for a more central spot. Overall, I'm happy with the hotel. It has a free parking lot, and I noticed they even have EV charging stations. The breakfast is simple but plentiful, offering bread and pastries, fruit, Guilin rice noodles, vegetables, and main dishes. I especially enjoyed their fried rice. They also offer free lunch, which, though simple, definitely saved me a lot of money, especially since I was traveling alone and finding places to eat can be a hassle. In the evening, they provide a complimentary dessert soup before bed. Food-wise, they really have it covered, and there's afternoon tea, plus water and snacks in the lobby. There's a laundry room where you can wash and dry clothes, which is a great amenity. The location is ideal, situated between West Street and Ten-Mile Gallery, making it convenient to get to either. The hotel also rents out electric scooters, so you can just hop on one and go. My room was spacious, and the hot water was hot and strong, which is really important. The wet and dry areas in the bathroom were well-separated. The window offered a view of the street outside, and you can see the Li River from the rooftop. The soundproofing was also good. The bed was comfortable, just a bit too soft for my personal preference, but otherwise, it was fine. The hotel staff's service attitude was excellent; they were very accommodating and helpful. I only have one suggestion: it would be great if the rooms could have a towel rack or basket for used towels, as there isn't a suitable spot for them currently.

WWAYNEVVVOverall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel, prompting me to write this review manually. The hotel boasts a large area with an exclusive garden space along the river, perfect for walks and relaxation. The garden landscaping is clearly well-thought-out and incredibly pleasant, truly living up to the 'resort' moniker. I enjoyed strolls in the garden every morning and evening when the weather was cool, listening to the rustle of bamboo, the chirping of insects and birds, and the gentle flow of the river – exactly the vibe I was looking for in Yangshuo. Service at the hotel was also very professional. Most staff members greeted guests naturally and warmly, and were proactive in fulfilling reasonable requests. I received a complimentary room upgrade during check-in. Although the room wasn't 100% ready, I caught a glimpse of their cleaning protocols and the minor touch-ups being done after a supervisor's inspection when I rushed in to drop off my luggage. This left a deep and reassuring impression. The only slight disappointment was that both of the hotel's swimming pools were closed during my stay, despite the scorching 30+ degree weather. The hotel explained that due to it being the off-season and the historically cooler April weather, outdoor pool usage was low, hence they were drained and out of service. Another point is that the hotel gym facilities are quite basic, with poor ventilation, and the windows seemed to be unopenable. For a place prone to accumulating odors, this definitely needs improvement. My suggestion is that for a hotel under Guanglv Group, aiming to create a high-end resort in a world-class tourist destination, these facilities shouldn't merely be for rating purposes. They should be properly maintained and adjusted according to actual conditions to meet customer needs. In summary, if you're looking for a peaceful retreat and a brief escape from the increasingly commercialized, chaotic, and disorderly modern Yangshuo, this hotel would be an excellent choice.

GGuest UserWe had an amazing stay at Yangshuo LISA's Hotel! The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, the lady who was on the service desk during the day was very generous with her time. We enjoyed a free afternoon tea when we arrived and then rented some bikes from the hotel. The receptionist made us a personalised tour route for the bike ride and sent us the location points via WeChat. She also gave us water bottles and adjusted the bike seats to make sure we had the best experience. The room itself was gorgeous, it had an amazing view and a great vibe overall. The location was great, it was quiet but very close walking distance to a lot of the busy nightlife and attractions. We wished we had stayed longer because we had such a lovely experience at this hotel!
