"Power went out during stay at this hotel. It would have been nice to have been notified in some way of this rather than being surprised to enter into a dark hallway and having to carry out luggages and bags down 4 flights of stairs. Would have been nice to have been comped for inconvenience. The room itself was nice and clean however."

"The hotel breakfast is very rich, there are many shopping spots around, the commercial street is very lively on weekends, the restaurant tastes, the service is very good, there is a cinema, the distance to walk, the only thing that is not satisfied is that the deposit refund of the hotel is so slow."

"Proximity to airport, good breakfast and excellent transportation service. Great staff from Manager Rhonda to drivers and cleaning staff, they make you feel they appreciated your patronage. Good restaurants nearby, suggest Saltgrass Grill, Boomer Sports Bar & Olive Garden. All within walking distance. Driver will take you to n from airport, Grapevine Mills and Historic Town for free. Tips for driver to/from airport appreciated but not compulsory. Rooms are spacious. Highly recommended."

"All very good EXCEPT CHECK IN Black girl with a mask No help, on her personal cell phone, training a new hire Caucasian male had an attitude, sad very sad, Fortunately the new shift girl blond Caucasian was friendly and assisted with our check in. I rented 2 rooms!!"

"The environment is good, very safe, there is a shuttle bus to and from the airport. In the morning, I will say a few departures from the boss. There is a drop-off service. The shuttle can save a lot of money. I will choose it later, drive, and the parking lot is free. The room is very large, there is a small living room, separate from the bedroom, this is great, in short, the characteristics of the American hotel is big, very good."
