Booked a room for the night with no breakfast. Check in process was seamless. Deposit of 200,000Rp required. The Room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff was very customer orientated. A couple of hours before check out, staff was friendly enough via door to door reminder should extension stay require. The price is worth it for the warm experience stay.

The bathroom smelled terrible. The amenities were only provided for one person, not a pair. The soap bar was also dirty. But the food was incredible!!! I'm so grateful to the chefs for cooking me such delicious food!!! 🫶🏻💖🤍

New and clean. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast have room of improvement.

Clean room, comfortable for family. Swimming pool is also nice. It's just that breakfast time is very crowded while tables and chairs are limited so you don't get to sit, the food is also less varied.

I really like the type of room I ordered, it's very comfortable, easy to book, fast service, even though it's in an area that's always congested, I'm happy with the comfortable place 😍❤️

The room is was good but not quite.. noise .. For the facility in the room is nice.. have a refrigerator have a microwave and clean. But for the 1st night I can’t sleep , because very noise.. then i call to the staff and they give us for move to the another room. I’m stay in here for 4 day’s. This hotel must be maintenance the lift .. alwasy stuck in 8th floor.
