The only good thing about this hotel is its swimming pool and private beach. The staff is not accommodating. The hotel is old, and it doesn’t have a good restaurant. And because of that, you will need to order food from outside; in our experience, it’s been worse because they even don’t like Grab delivery guys to get in the hotel to deliver our food. They stopped him at the gate and even asked him to take off his Grab uniform. How rude! The management really needs to have professional development training in giving good service. The location is far from everything. There are much better hotels than this. How sad. We like Crown Plaza, but this Crown Plaza in Danang is the worst ever.

Beautiful hotel true 5 star hotel the photos don’t do it justice looks even better in real life Shame the weather was cooler when we stayed and couldn’t swim in the amazing pool as it was too cold

Room on level 8 smelled very very badly of smoke. Guests were checked in at 2am and were extremely loud. When I had booked my hotel it was ~10 dollars more expensive per night, compared to when I checked in. Had trouble with price matching due to a voucher used. Wouldn’t recommend using trip.com for booking the hotel

It was a wonderful journey, however during the low season not all their restaurants are open. Their staff is super helpful.

It is a very good hotel. First of all, it is a 5-star hotel, but the price is reasonable. The rooms are old, but I like that style better. The size of the rooms is also much larger than other hotels, and the bathroom with a bathtub is also satisfactory. I couldn't use the pool because I visited during the rainy season, but I could see the staff cleaning the pool every morning. Although I didn't use the ocean view room because it was rainy season, the wide terrace with a wide view is great, and it feels like you're resting in a resort. However, it is far from the city center, so you might think it's inconvenient, but unless you have a reason to go out of the city many times, you can always use Grab Taxi, so there's no reason to think it's inconvenient. The breakfast is also satisfactory enough for Koreans. I will stay at this hotel next time I go to Danang.
