"I stumbled upon Shanye Yunye on Xiaohongshu and inquired via WeChat before booking two rooms on Trip.com. I took my child and parents to experience nature, and we were so pleasantly surprised upon arrival! It was exactly like the pictures I'd seen, even more beautiful in person, almost as if it had its own filter. The room amenities were also fantastic; the drinks in the fridge were complimentary, and the drinking water was local mineral-rich spring water. They even provided a small photo frame, Songyang fragrant tea, and dried sweet potatoes as souvenirs. In the evening, there was a pub where we could sing, which was incredibly fun. Breakfast was exceptionally rich, and they even refilled it when we needed more. The whole experience was absolutely wonderful!"

"Yangjiatang Village in Songyang truly embodies the last hidden gems of Jiangnan. The large camphor tree at the village entrance is a hallmark of the area. Having been captivated by the "Little Forest for Two," I finally got to experience ancient village life in real life—a truly effective way to experience the local culture. Xiaoyin's home, renovated from an ancient house, retains its original character while incorporating a modern Chinese style, creating a harmonious and charming atmosphere. The spacious and brightly decorated house is perfect for solo living. The best way to experience ancient village life is to stay overnight. During the day, you can admire the mountains amidst the rain and fog, and at night, listen to the chirping of cicadas and the barking of dogs. Unlike Chenjiapu, Yangjiatang offers a lively atmosphere, yet retains the tranquility that only ancient villages can offer. Even the carved windowsills tell stories of the past, creating a sense of time travel. Finally, I would like to thank Xiaoyin's housekeeper, Zhouzhou, and his family for their warm hospitality. They not only showed me around the village, helped me take photos, and invited me to dinner, but also drove me to Chenjiapu to capture the night view. Their warm, thoughtful, and thoughtful service was the perfect end to my trip. Self-driving cars can be parked directly on the side of the road."
