We feel so lucky to have come across Lixia and Sea Homestay. From the moment we arrived, we were completely charmed. What makes this place special for me is its sincerity. Every detail shows how much Lixia and Haibo want guests to feel welcomed, relaxed, and genuinely connected to village life.
The young owners, Lixia and Haibo, are such a lovely, talented, and hard-working couple who got married not long ago and have just opened this beautiful homestay together. Their passion and warmth are everywhere. Haibo is a professional photographer and an incredible cook – every meal he prepared for us was fresh, seasonal, and absolutely delicious. Lixia is just as amazing: super energetic, thoughtful, and incredibly talented behind the camera.
They also have the sweetest dog named One Two Three – a patient and gentle soul who quickly became our favorite companion. She joined Lixia in accompanying us around the village and along the ancient trails, adding even more joy to our walks.
What truly blew us away was the photography and videos Lixia made for us. While we explored, she quietly captured the most beautiful shots of us among the old stone houses and ancient trails. At the end of our stay, she surprised us with two wonderfully edited short videos that perfectly captured the joy and laughter of our weekend. I’ve stayed at hundreds of places around the world and have never received anything like this – it’s a memory we’ll treasure forever.
The rooms are spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with local touches. Every small detail – from the welcome fruit basket to the cozy fireplace at night – shows how much love and effort this young couple puts into making guests feel truly at home.

WwhyyunFirst of all, I would like to express why I chose this B&B. I drove here from Wuyuan and arrived at Chenjiapu Village in Songyang at about three o'clock in the afternoon. It was very reasonable to choose this B&B according to the route plan, because this B&B is located in It is on the way to Yangjiatang, and the price/performance ratio is much higher than staying in Yangjiatang. Facts have proved that we made the right choice. It was around 18:00 in the evening when I arrived at the B&B in Yangjiatang after a good visit. The landlady was very enthusiastic and contacted me after placing the order. I didn’t hear it because it was in my bag. I later replied and told me to have dinner at her place. The price of dinner was reasonable. Breakfast was the current green vegetable, egg and edamame noodles, which tasted very good. Early the next morning, my husband drove to Ma'anshan to take pictures of the sea of clouds. After breakfast, we went to Songzhuang Village.

Environment: less than 20 meters from Songzhuang Village Shigong Bridge, so it is very easy to find and very clean
Facilities: The boss said that it was just renovated in May 25, and the bathroom was very clean and the hot water was sufficient. There was no problem that the hot water could not be guaranteed without the hotel.
Unfortunately, I didn’t take a photo of the room. I used the farm dinner made by the proprietress to charge it. Huang rice fruit and sweet potato vines are especially delicious.

I heard from the boss that the red camellia will bloom every April and May. It must be beautiful. I really want to see it. The boss also said that this house has a history of four or five hundred years. It is the mansion of Vice General Qi Jiguang. The appearance can see the traces of the age everywhere, but the decoration in the room is very warm and modern. In particular, the boss is really super enthusiastic and very talkative. Because it is off-season, we also upgraded the room for free. In the evening, I personally cooked a table of delicious food and invited us to eat, and waited until very late. I was really embarrassed. Oh, yes, I also took out my own rice wine and cooked it myself. I made the Dragon Boat Festival tea and invited us to taste it. The next morning, I took us to the street to eat local breakfast. It's super super enthusiastic, thank you so much! I will stay at your house next time. 😬

When I arrived at the village, there were already several beauties and handsome guys waiting for me to help me carry my suitcase. They were so awesome that I couldn’t even keep up with them.
The reception center will prepare free tea, and the Dragon Boat Festival tea is quite delicious. I am willing to drink it every day. I was given a pack when I checked out. Wow, it’s great. It’s just what I want. When I got home, I saw that the pack was super full. 😆 The housekeeper loves me too much.
Sister Carrot at the reception center gave my little mouse a small nest and took a photo. I really love it.
There is also a handsome guy with short hair in the reception center who can play the guitar. It really blows my mind that he can play musical instruments. Oh my god, but he is actually a young lady.
The barista in the cafe looks as cold as the big orange cat
The uncles and aunts in the restaurant are also very nice. If you ask me what you want for breakfast in advance, it might come up. They even picked a few watermelons for me😍 I was thrown two by the smelly cat in the cafe😤 😤

XXiangqilaidehuijiaaThe location of the B&B is OK. It takes only 20 minutes to get there after getting off the highway. It is located in the tea fields. The air is fresh. There is a cycling path next to it for walking. Cyclists can rent a bicycle.
The service is very good. When we arrived at the location, they helped us arrange a parking space, helped us carry the luggage, and invited us to drink tea.
The bad thing is that the room is not soundproof. People on the second floor can hear every move upstairs. In fact, there is no big noise upstairs, but it is clear, footsteps, talking... I hope it can be improved.
The window glass is almost soundproof. People passing by outside can hear the slightest sound clearly... The window glass should be single-layer glass. I suggest that the boss change it to double-layer later, at least it will be better...
The sanitation is OK, the room is still quite clean, and there is plenty of hot water in the bathroom.
