GGuest User”Lixia and the Sea” is a corner shrouded in warmth and love. It's far from a typical B&B; it's more like a distant home, a door always ajar for you—here, you can unwind, let your mind wander, and find a haven for your soul.
If I had to describe the owners of this small home, Lixia and Haibo, in one word, it would be sincerity. There's no more moving quality. Others might say they offer attentive service, but I always find the word ”service” too vague. They treat you more like family, like long-lost friends reunited. Their meticulous attention and care are imbued with a natural warmth. Even more remarkable is their positive, optimistic, and ever-improving enthusiasm for life, like a ray of light that quietly illuminates the hearts of every visitor.
If you have the chance, stop by. It'll feel like home, savoring Haibo's home-cooked meals (we stayed for a day and ate three meals in a row, leaving our plates empty every time), and sipping Lixia's coffee. There, you'll truly feel the feeling of being enveloped in love—remember, everyone deserves tenderness and favoritism, and please remember to return that favor.

WwhyyunFirst of all, I would like to express why I chose this B&B. I drove here from Wuyuan and arrived at Chenjiapu Village in Songyang at about three o'clock in the afternoon. It was very reasonable to choose this B&B according to the route plan, because this B&B is located in It is on the way to Yangjiatang, and the price/performance ratio is much higher than staying in Yangjiatang. Facts have proved that we made the right choice. It was around 18:00 in the evening when I arrived at the B&B in Yangjiatang after a good visit. The landlady was very enthusiastic and contacted me after placing the order. I didn’t hear it because it was in my bag. I later replied and told me to have dinner at her place. The price of dinner was reasonable. Breakfast was the current green vegetable, egg and edamame noodles, which tasted very good. Early the next morning, my husband drove to Ma'anshan to take pictures of the sea of clouds. After breakfast, we went to Songzhuang Village.

TTobias F.We had a amazing time here. We arrived by taxi in the village (which is beautiful) and got a beautiful room. The host and his family are really friendly. They showed us the surrounding and we ate together. In the area are a lot of beautiful old buildings and also some moderne buildings (tofu factory and rice wine factory). We felt like a part of the village and loved to stay here!

The facilities in the room are of high quality and comfortable to live in. Downstairs is the residence of grandparents. They are warm and kind, and they can always give local treasure suggestions in eating and playing, giving people the warmth of going home.
Every morning, Grandma will take it to the early shop that the locals love to eat. Songyang cakes with fried dough sticks and soy milk, and they are not tired after eating for a few days. This cake is really good. There is meat filling in it. The roasted outside is burnt and tender. When I leave, I packed several.
This street has many old-fashioned, non-legacy shops, every day along the ancient street all the way home, upstairs comfortable rest, so not leisurely!

GGuest UserMaoyuan Village is the second small village we chose to stay in. There are many original residents in the village. Many of the houses are newly built, but there are not many homestays. Momo traffic, chickens and dogs smell each other. 🏨 Songyang Taoli Fenfang B&B~ I wanted to experience the old Chinese courtyard accommodation, and I chose this 200-year-old quaint late Qing courtyard house. The characteristic Xuanshi wooden structure of Jiangsu and Zhejiang has been renovated through modern buildings. A section of mountain road twists and turns (this requires some driving skills) through one village after another, and finally arrived in the mountain concave. The village is not amazing, completely original, open the door in the morning, the stream is flowing, surrounded by green mountains, and the air is particularly fresh. 🥣 Mid-term and dinner: Book in advance at the homestay, what to eat, the rice coriander is fragrant, the price is moderate, the free-range chicken and duck meat is tight and fresh (I bought a basket when I left) and the vegetables are fresh and tender. After dinner, it is a special time to walk along the front of Xiaoxi Village and chat! Before leaving, the proprietress also sent her own tender bamboo shoots to us 🫰🏻

Ccecelia_liuA review of a 2-night stay. The village is a good place to relax. The location of this hotel is easy to find, and you don't have to climb up and down every day to go to the parking lot. The house is clean beyond my expectation. The boss and his wife are a wonderful couple, fully reflecting the humanistic feelings of the homestay. The boss cooks well, and the boss's mother brews good wine. When I left, I specially brought ten kilograms home 😁

YYanxiaoniuerThis quaint little homestay is particularly good. It is not far from the entrance of Songyang Old Street. As soon as you enter the door, a century-old camellia tree is in full bloom. I heard from the boss that the red camellia will bloom every April and May. It must be beautiful. I really want to see it. The boss also said that this house has a history of four or five hundred years. It is the mansion of Vice General Qi Jiguang. The appearance can see the traces of the age everywhere, but the decoration in the room is very warm and modern. In particular, the boss is really super enthusiastic and very talkative. Because it is off-season, we also upgraded the room for free. In the evening, I personally cooked a table of delicious food and invited us to eat, and waited until very late. I was really embarrassed. Oh, yes, I also took out my own rice wine and cooked it myself. I made the Dragon Boat Festival tea and invited us to taste it. The next morning, I took us to the street to eat local breakfast. It's super super enthusiastic, thank you so much! I will stay at your house next time. 😬

HHuanghundehaiMingsu Inn is about 700-800 meters from Yangjiatang Village. You pass Mingsu Inn when entering from the outside. The location indicated on Ctrip is about 200 meters off, so it's a bit off. The room was very clean, and even though you're in the mountains, you didn't need the air conditioner. The owner was very nice and even gave us fruit. We had dinner and breakfast there. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast, which was very rich and affordable. It included fried noodles, porridge, eggs, and several side dishes. They also had a delicious steamed bun.
