"I enjoyed staying in Bla-bla hostel. The hostel is located in a very convenient place: close to subway, cafes, parks, monuments and wide boulevards. It is kept clean and tidy. Receptionists are nice and cleate welcoming atmosphere. There were a few hiccups during my check-in, but they all were resolved in my favor by the receptionist. I think it is very important The only problem for me was that the kitchen is closed in the early mornings. And opens only at 8.00"

"The hotel's location is truly central in Sofia. It's close to the main business district, and Vitosha Blvd, with all its restaurants, is within walking distance. I had no complaints about the hotel facilities; they were perfectly satisfactory. I personally opted for a breakfast-included plan, but I would have appreciated a bit more variety, especially with salads and other vegetables."

"The air conditioning was broken for two days, and the front desk staff kept lying to us about the issue. To make matters worse, the pool was closed for maintenance throughout our entire four-day stay, meaning we couldn't use it, despite temperatures soaring to 36 degrees."

The hotel is in an excellent location in the center of Sofia, close to major landmarks, restaurants, and business areas. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were professional and attentive, and the overall service quality was impressive. Breakfast was also excellent with a good variety of choices. A very comfortable and reliable option when staying in Sofia."

"Best 5 star property in Sofia hands down. .The room was spacious with contemporary and minimalist design but still very functional. There's even a divider between the bathroom to the rest of the room so it felt like staying in a junior suite instead. .The facilities were amazing, best indoor pool I've been to ever. It was fitted with all the aqua techs which provide so many massage options. There's also 2 types of saunas, a salt room, a steam room and even a ice tube filled with ice. .The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing .The service was so good because I was very frustrated and hangry as the QR code and the TV ordering system didn't work and I called the restaurant repeatedly and no one picked up. So I went down and spoke to Daria, who listened to my concerns and personally took me to the restaurant so that I can order something from the restaurant menu that I really wanted to take back to the room which is not supposed to be done. Diana from In Room Dining even came to deliver the food to my room for me, which actually wasn't her job. I felt looked after and treated like a guest in a 5 star property. To top it up, we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant after checked out and met Vladislav, who gave us an amazing service from food to drinks. Absolutely perfect. I will definitely come back to stay here next time I am in Sofia and will recommend it to everyone who's coming to Sofia."

"Upon arrival, we were clearly ignored at the reception, without a greeting, and were directed to the hotel room. Once in the room, we noticed that it hadn't been cleaned, and there was mold in the bathroom. When we asked the male receptionist about breakfast, we received a rude response with an indifferent attitude. He also offered a higher breakfast price than what was listed on the website. Unfortunately, it seems that no one cleans the room unless you complain after three days of sleeping without service. This hotel has earned my first negative review."

"Cold welcome, rooms at 30 degrees and not very clean with hair in the shower. I had booked massages in the hotel spa and when we showed up for our appointment we were told "it is not possible to do the massage" and this without any explanation. Not even a look in the eyes or an apology. Unheard of"

"Very Disappointing Experience — Not Worth the Money I had a very negative experience at Best Western Plus Bristol Hotel. The parking was not at the hotel but far away, which was very inconvenient. The hotel itself was dirty and uncomfortable, with old furniture and a lot of noise. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of money. I lost my trust in both the hotel and Trip.com for listing it as a quality stay. Definitely not recommended."

"Rating: ★★☆☆☆ Does not meet 4-star standards What I liked: The hotel is clean. The room was spacious, and a technical issue with the toilet flush was fixed within the same day. Breakfast was acceptable. What I didn’t like: This hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating. At best, it could be considered a 3-star hotel, and even that with limitations. In my room on the 7th floor there was only one light switch at the entrance; there was no central or bedside switch near the bed. There was also no proper bathe tools storage space in the bathroom. The mattress was extremely hard and the bed very stiff, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. I experienced back pain and did not sleep well on the following nights. Breakfast was okay but nothing special, and it was unpleasant to be forced to listen to loud 1990s music playing constantly from a video. Overall, the hotel is clean but not cozy or comfortable. The staff were correct but not particularly welcoming or engaged with guests."
