"Best 5 star property in Sofia hands down. .The room was spacious with contemporary and minimalist design but still very functional. There's even a divider between the bathroom to the rest of the room so it felt like staying in a junior suite instead. .The facilities were amazing, best indoor pool I've been to ever. It was fitted with all the aqua techs which provide so many massage options. There's also 2 types of saunas, a salt room, a steam room and even a ice tube filled with ice. .The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing .The service was so good because I was very frustrated and hangry as the QR code and the TV ordering system didn't work and I called the restaurant repeatedly and no one picked up. So I went down and spoke to Daria, who listened to my concerns and personally took me to the restaurant so that I can order something from the restaurant menu that I really wanted to take back to the room which is not supposed to be done. Diana from In Room Dining even came to deliver the food to my room for me, which actually wasn't her job. I felt looked after and treated like a guest in a 5 star property. To top it up, we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant after checked out and met Vladislav, who gave us an amazing service from food to drinks. Absolutely perfect. I will definitely come back to stay here next time I am in Sofia and will recommend it to everyone who's coming to Sofia."

"Toilet was broken, from shower cabin there was a lot of water outside after bath. TV supposed to have Internet but was not possible to connect to the Internet. Also from my phone I couldn't connect. In the morning cleaning ladies started to clean rooms around 7am. They made so much noise, brake some glasses, talk to each other without thinking for a second that some guest may want to sleep. I will not repeat a stay in this hotel for sure. Price is not relevant to the low quality."

Our room was modern, clean, very well equipped, and extremely spacious, which we really appreciated as a big family and one of the main reasons we initially booked this hotel. Our room was overlooking the beautiful mountains and the hotel's Japanese garden, which was a nice bonus The hotel has the nicest gym I have ever seen in any hotel in the world, with an amazing view of the waterfall and Japanese garden. It felt like a gym for celebrities The hotel staff were also very kind and recommended many local hidden gems off the beaten path. Overall highly recommended"
