Situated right at the heart of Orchard Road, the hotel location is prime and the overall experience was pretty standard, what you'd expect from a major hotel chain in Hilton. The hotel amenities were adequate, not the nicest swimming pool I've seen for sure, and the guest service standards, quite frankly, were a little underwhelming. Room service was a little disappointing, one of the days they threw my slippers and left me with no new slippers, quite a pain, you'd have expected some serious 5-star attention to details. I'm a Singaporean who travels a fair bit, I'll only pay the extras purely for the location, near the MRT and everywhere else. And that's about it.

Spacious room. Stayed for a week. Nice bed to sleep. Enjoyed the 2 gyms a lot, but not the pool. Just wish that the aircon can turn down a little in gym. A bit too cold. Breakfast was great. Lots of variety to eat.

The checkin was very smooth and hasslefree, the room was so clean and comfortable. Although there was a construction going on the sound insulation of the room was so good that there was very minimal disturbance.

Pretty much the best hotel in Singapore, for you have to be staying here in order to be able to agree with my review. Seriously, which road in Singapore is synonymous with Singapore past time - shopping. X marks the spot. Location aside, the attention to details by all staff is highly appreciated. What is clearly displayed are SOPs derived from experience, eg the reminder (repeated each time by every staff) to remove your cash card before approaching the carpark gantry to use the free parking voucher, this is remarkable. And as my other half has been unwell, without further questions asked (except to ask of her health) or proof to show, the immediate extension of my check out time from the normal of 12pm to 3pm was immediately granted and updated in the system, even though the hotel seemed to be fully booked. Team Hilton Singapore Orchard, especifically to Jas and Amanda (front desk). You have outdone yourselves and set the benchmark for others to follow / emulate. We like that glass bottle filtered water is provided (without us having to go out of the room and fill up at some dispenser) and to coffee aficionados, a Nespresso machine, sewing kits sent to the room almost immediately upon request.

The hotel room is clean and the bed is large. It is located near Somerset MRT as well.

Perfect location amidst the best shopping and dining in the busiest commercial precinct of Singapore. Tastefully renovated rooms but due to the sheer size of the hotel and its high occupancy, all the public areas are perpetually crowded with many noisy families. For such a large hotel, the pool is tiny and always crowded so I never bothered to swim there. Slept very well on a firm bed with silent air conditioning. Hotels in Singapore are generally expensive and this property is no exception but its location is its biggest drawcard.

Renovated hotel. Location in the middle shopping street, orchard road. Room big enough, clean and nice. Hilton standard. Overall nice stay.

Hotel is conveniently located in the shopping area. Room are neat and clean. Only setback is no flexibility, don’t even allow an hour of delay checkout even though I am regular guest
