From the moment I checked in at Hilton Singapore Orchard, I knew this hotel aimed to impress—and largely, it succeeded. Perfectly sited in the heart of Orchard Road, it combines luxury, modern amenities and convenience into a stay that caters to both leisure and business travellers.

Great location is good and easy to get to and there are plenty of food choices and shopping choices and the room itself is pretty comfortable.

Hilton is located right in the middle of orchard road and great location. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. Would stay again.

The location is very convenient, with numerous shopping malls nearby. The staff were also exceptionally warm and polite. The room was spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping was meticulous. Before I left, I had my phone charger scattered on the bedside table. Upon my return, I found that the cleaner had thoughtfully coiled it up and neatly put it away. This was incredibly considerate!

Hotel location in the shopping mall area, but not near mrt, 8 mins walk to mrt station. Besides, long waiting for check in and the swimming pool is small.

Newly refurbished rooms, great location for eating and shopping, fun for staycation. Booked a One bedroom suite for a separate living room. Booked room with executive lounge access which had a small selection of food for breakfast and dinner. Comes with separate toilet at the living room.

The stay overall was good. The location is good and easy to get to and there are plenty of food choices and shopping choices and the room itself is pretty comfortable. The few things that I noted that I did not like is the conditioner is kinda empty when using and the bathtub is pretty small. The aircon itself is also not that cold. Other that the above, for the price, it is still pretty good and I will consider visiting again next time as well.

The lady at the front desk spoke fluent Chinese, which was very helpful. The room she assigned us had a fantastic view, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Universal power outlets were also available, which was a nice touch. My only minor disappointment was that our room type didn't come with a bathtub. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the service was very attentive. While both the noodles and vermicelli were seafood-flavored, it would have been even better if they had offered some traditional Chinese options like Zhajiang noodles or beef dishes.

We revisited the Hilton in Singapore this July with my family. I was on a business trip and took the opportunity to bring them along for a vacation! It was peak tourist season, and the hotel was fully booked. Overall, our experience was quite good, and any issues we encountered were promptly resolved. However, due to the high occupancy and large number of guests, we had to avoid peak breakfast hours to minimize waiting in line. Nevertheless, the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was very clean. We would definitely choose to stay at Hilton Orchard again.

My parents and I came to Singapore together, and we stayed in two rooms. It's truly precious to have my parents here; it lets me steal away from my busy life to make more lasting memories with them, a time I deeply cherish. The hotel felt very safe, and I'd consider staying here again. However, some of the front desk staff seemed a bit condescending. But I don't really care. I don't need their validation.

We are happy with Hilton Prime location and excellent service. Near Paragon, Orchard road .

Abit expensive but very convenient

Hotel Review – Hilton Orchard We booked 2 rooms for a family staycation at Hilton Orchard. The hotel’s location is excellent, with convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and public transport—ideal for a city getaway. The rooms were nicely decorated, clean, and modern, which made our stay very comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary birthday cake—a thoughtful touch that was not only beautifully presented but also delicious. It added a special touch to our celebration. However, the reception experience was underwhelming. The front desk staff were not particularly warm or welcoming, which was disappointing given the Hilton brand’s usual service standards. There's definitely room for improvement in hospitality and guest interaction, especially during check-in. In summary, while the location and room experience were great, we hope to see better service at the reception on our next visit to make the stay feel truly five-star.
