Love our stay here! Very new and clean with outstanding amenities such as Dyson hair dryer, bang Olufsen speaker and also sterra purifier. It's very near Havelock mrt and the staff are very friendly. It has a river behind the hotel for a nice little stroll after meal. Will definitely be back again!

Whether it was arranging transportation, or simply offering a warm smile, they went above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP. Now, let me paint a picture of the room for you. It was like stepping into a dreamy oasis. The bed was so comfortable and fluffy, it felt like I was floating on a cloud. The room itself was impeccably designed, with stylish decor and all the amenities I could ever ask for; the kitchenette, washer dryer, cutlery and more. It was the perfect sanctuary to relax and recharge after a long day. Just to add and suggest on breakfast could have more hot foods and cooking station; making scramble eggs etc. But what really set this hotel apart was the attention to detail and the genuine care they showed towards their guests. It was evident in the personalized touches, like a handwritten note welcoming me to the hotel or the surprise treats left in my room. It made me feel valued and appreciated, like I was part of a big, happy family. All in all, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of magical. If you're looking for a truly exceptional hotel experience, I highly recommend checking into this gem. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

The staff were very friendly and polite. Welcoming snacks were great. Free flow of drinks throughout the day. Close the great world mall. The room was clean and had high end appliances.

The room is quite clean. Although it is not big, the price is very suitable during the National Day. It is close to the subway entrance, the breakfast is also good, the park next to it is suitable for walking, and the swimming pool is not big but enough

The only thing worth mentioning is the breakfast and snacks for executive access. Although it is simple, it is available in the morning, afternoon and evening, and the drinks are unlimited, which is quite convenient. But there are two unpleasant things, which really deduct points. I originally chose this hotel because of the good service with a rating of 4.7 instead of other big hotels. At the same price, this hotel is still different from a five-star hotel. Two unpleasant things: 1. Checking in is very unpleasant. Choosing the hotel and the remarks are to choose and indicate that there are three people and two children, so one room is one big and two small. Originally, the check-in was normal, so I let it stay. As a result, because I kindly made a note, it was close to three days before Ctrip customer service informed that it could only be two people, regardless of children or adults. Then Ctrip customer service has been helping to communicate, and it is very strong, asking for additional money. When I arrived at the hotel that day, the front desk staff quickly completed the check-in. I had already paid the deposit and got the card and was ready to leave. As a result, the front desk saw the message and asked for more than 60 SGD per child per day. Three thousand is equivalent to more than 1,000 RMB. What hotel can't I stay in! I also asked clearly that if I hadn't seen the message, I would have checked in. At the same time, since I had made an appointment for a duck boat that could not be refunded or changed very early that day, I told the front desk clerk at the time that I could leave my things there first and continue to communicate when I came back. As a result, they said no and I had to wait for the manager. Finally, we communicated at more than 5:40. Even if I took a taxi to take the duck boat, it was too late. I lost 950 yuan directly! 2. I stayed in two rooms for three consecutive nights. They came to clean every morning, but they didn't change the disposable slippers. It was fine on the second day of the first night, but they didn't change them on the third day after the second night. They were all worn out. I had to go to the front desk to find the clerk and they gave me new ones. Everything else was cleaned, but they still needed two pairs of disposable slippers. I don't understand.

The room is in a very good location, the service is very good, some snacks were given when checking in, the decoration and configuration of the hotel are very good, I will choose this place again in the future, and I plan to stay in a bigger room later

Located near Lok Hop MRT station, travel is very convenient. The hotel is clean, small and exquisite. You can take a walk on both sides of Singapore when you get up early, or rent the hotel's bicycles and scooters for free.

The location is very good, quiet in a busy area, with two subway stations, one subway station to Orchard Road. It is very close to Klamath and Tiong Bahru Market, and there is also the Great World shopping mall nearby. Very convenient. The small room is very small and is not recommended. If you want to stay in a larger room, it is highly recommended. Because it is new, it is very clean.
