Room is spacious and equipped with washing machine and kitchen stove. Have welcome snacks, wine and daily breakfast and afternoon cocktails. However the food choice and taste are disappointing and do not have high expectations for breakfast. Swimming pool is rather small and really packed if more than two people swimming. Gym facilities only basic. Service responsiveness is varied amongst staff. Iron and board only available on request and took at least 1 hour +++ to arrive. Staff service standards need improvement.

Love our stay here! Very new and clean with outstanding amenities such as Dyson hair dryer, bang Olufsen speaker and also sterra purifier. It's very near Havelock mrt and the staff are very friendly. It has a river behind the hotel for a nice little stroll after meal. Will definitely be back again!

Oh, you're in for a treat! First things first, the staff at this hotel were truly remarkable. They had this uncanny ability to anticipate my every need. It felt like they had superpowers! Whether it was arranging transportation, or simply offering a warm smile, they went above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP. Now, let me paint a picture of the room for you. It was like stepping into a dreamy oasis. The bed was so comfortable and fluffy, it felt like I was floating on a cloud. The room itself was impeccably designed, with stylish decor and all the amenities I could ever ask for; the kitchenette, washer dryer, cutlery and more. It was the perfect sanctuary to relax and recharge after a long day. Just to add and suggest on breakfast could have more hot foods and cooking station; making scramble eggs etc. But what really set this hotel apart was the attention to detail and the genuine care they showed towards their guests. It was evident in the personalized touches, like a handwritten note welcoming me to the hotel or the surprise treats left in my room. It made me feel valued and appreciated, like I was part of a big, happy family. All in all, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of magical. The hotel phone was not working, and the taxi driver couldn't get through either. We arrived very late due to flight delays, and the check-in was not pleasant. Treasure Apartment Hotel! The location is very good and very quiet. You can see the Singapore River from the window. Havelock MRT Station is 400 meters away.
