The previous statement that our room was not available if the customer came early, and the latter statement that every room was not available, were all excuses. The underlying thinking was not to consider the customer, because it would bring more trouble to their work step by step. This hotel is also very sloppy in its own work. The time for the shuttle bus said that there were three more buses from Aisi Ice City back to the hotel after 10 o'clock in the evening. As a result, our friend waited there for half an hour and could not wait. After asking the staff, we found out that the last bus was after 9 o'clock, and there were no more buses after 10 o'clock. The reservation time for adult courses, the time for ski equipment rental, and the small club are all messed up. There is always a discrepancy between what is written on the single page and the actual situation! To sum up: the hotel has poor service awareness, and children often get sick. It is recommended not to bring children there
