There are too many mosquitoes for me in the room and lobby.. I don't see others getting affected. Otherwise it is good price and good hotel. There's free coffee, and biscuits 24;hours.

Really good newly refurbished hotel. I would recommend for the price, you getting a lot. Close to main attractions.

The hotel is clean and good to stay with. The place is also good and quiet. The location is good, not far from the places we want to go in Bangkok. I highly recommend this hotel, Swana Bangkok Hotel.

Really comfortable accommodation, near to the main attraction of the city and well connected with public transport. Staff was kind and helpful, the only bad point was the shower, it was really hard to have hot water, you have to be lucky

Close to floating market..Ayutthaya historical park.. Walking distance to central ayuthaya mall..7 eleven is also close to hotel.. Hotel is situated in peaceful area with no disturbances.. Staff are friendly and informative..I stayed 2 nights and had wonderful experience..do enjoy their swimming pool. Thank you..

Room was super clean and quiet. The bathroom sliding doors needed to be replaced but everything else was fine.

They tried to keep the 500 from the deposited money saying my husband smoked in the room, where the cigarette smoke was coming from lobby. When I proved them wrong, they showed me a pillow with some strain in its cover. They discarded the previous penalty and charged me 200 saying damage of property(pillow). then told that if you are charging for this then it should be pillow cover, not the pillow. then they argued and literally said “I have to charge you for something”. then he charged 100. despite of having evidence that the pillow cover was having that strain when we checked in. we had a flight to catch so had to give him the 100. the hotel room was not at all good. bathroom exhaust was not working. many lights were not working even the safe was unscrewed from the cupboard even after complaining, they did not do anything. stayed there for 2 nights and had worst experience.

It’s a big deal to stay in this hotel, room was very clean and spacious. I had a nice sleep, and the staff have kind service as I could even keep my stuff up to 3pm after I checked out. They also helped us to find a smart watch which we forgot it in the room… However, I highly advise the management to put slippers as some guests not used staying in the public rooms without slippers on, particularly in the bathroom and toilet.

Great hotel with friendly staff. The location is very convenient and has all the amenities around. Great value for money and I'll recommend this budget hotel for any solo traveler or couples...
