Very good. The front desk staff has a good service attitude. This hotel is a must-visit for travel. There are shopping malls near tourist attractions, which are convenient for shopping. 24-hour freshly ground coffee: good. Mini bar first night: good.

Close to Laojie Street and a short stroll to Shekou E-Cool hipster hub, this modern hotel has everything to make your stay comfortable. Huge marshmallow soft bed with posture support mattress give you the most relaxing sleep. You have a mini fridge, kettle and robes and toiletries for your use. The multi faucet is a nice touch too. The staff are friendly and no request is too much trouble. I wish the corridors were sound proof as your can hear people talking late at night. A great stay - l’ll certainly be back!

The experience of this stay was truly fantastic! Firstly, the hotel's facilities and equipment were very complete and modern. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, giving me a warm feeling like home. Especially the bathtub facilities, with their reasonable design and convenient use, made me feel particularly thoughtful. The location was also impeccable. The hotel is situated in the bustling downtown area, making it extremely convenient for getting around. Whether for shopping or dining, everything was easily accessible. What really surprised me was the service provided by Miss Jossce. She was very considerate and enthusiastic, handling every detail perfectly from check-in to check-out. When I had questions about nearby attractions and dining options, she not only provided detailed answers but also proactively planned my itinerary for me, making me feel an unprecedented level of attentive service. Thank you so much, Miss Jossce, for making my stay even more perfect! In summary, this stay has given me a whole new perspective on hotels. Location: it was unbeatable, heart of the city, walking distance to shopping mall n subway station Room: clean n comfy, up to standard Breakfast: everything u wants, u name it, egg counter, noodle counter, bread, croissant, fresh make juicy, coffee, overall the breakfast was good n value for money Dinner buffet: here come to the part, I think all of you should skip it. I was very disappointed with the dinner buffet, 1st the variety is limited, sushi counter have 3 or 4 items, cakes only have few choices, ice-cream don’t even want to try, seafood counter er…em…, overall, it was not value for money. This is our first time staying in Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel and we like this hotel a lot! As one of the Sheraton's hotels, its services and the facilities (i.e. fitness centre, pools and catering) are supreme. Very convenient location as well, right next to the train station. Amazing breakfast with a good variation. Hotel is well kept and looks very new. Staffs are friendly and able to communicate in simple English. I will definitely stay here again. Moreover, it’s nearby a metro station.

Excellent service from every single staff interaction we had, especially at horizon club - exactly what you'd expect from a Shangri-la property. Room was clean and comfy with their generous pillow selection. Lobby is currently decked out in festive cheer and looks fantastic. My slight disappointment was with the food - Horizon club food felt a bit lacking in selection and quality (sandwiches and pastries tasted a bit stale), especially compared to the Hong Kong Shangs. Breakfast quality and spread was definitely a bit lacklustre.

My last day stay in Ritz of my 4th visit to this hotel. Oh just realised that the Reception Team Duty Manager is Jimmy Chen (My last review posted yesterday wrongly quoted as Albin Lee). Jimmy had always been extraordinarily helpful and polite. He is smart and quick in response, offered the best solutions when I had not even raised the questions. Excellent reception counter service, worth commendations. It is so thoughtful of the team and hotel to give us a small Christmas pouch for celebrating Christmas time, very sweet💝. I will sure make my 5th visit in 2025!
