I booked a room for three days. On the first day when I checked in at 14:30, the room had not been cleaned yet. I watched my aunt clean it, and found that she didn’t even change the bed sheets and quilt covers, but just cleaned it up for us😅😅😅 . Later, I took the sheets and quilt cover from her and changed them myself. The cabinets and tatami on the second floor were very dirty. 訂了2間複式雙床房，所謂雙床是一張床褥放在地板上，而另一張只係使用被用作為床褥，所以睡不到，因太硬。另外，如有小的小朋友要小心，因閣樓的梯級較高，較危險，洗手間的水龍頭和浴室的玻璃門好多水漬。但問前台取樽裝水，牙刷等用品，他們很幫忙有洗衣機方便洗衣，但廚房較髒，還有油煙味，雪櫃都髒。去龍崗兒童公園，轉巴士方便，附近有仁恆夢商場，餐廳很多。

我這次是第二次入住，又是跟小朋友到龍崗兒童公園玩訂的房間，但今次入住感覺不是很好，職員小姐姐很冷淡，確認訂單及登記好證件後，微信發我入住密碼及注意事項後，就自顧自地玩手機，我就企在前台，等他通知我能入住，企了5分鐘左右，覺得不對路，開口問她房間是否已經準備好，她才跟我說，發了入住密碼給你就可以上房了。大佬耶，你不叫我可以上房，我那敢上啊！服務態度跟我第一次入住的前台先生差很遠啊！就算大家溝通上有誤會，我企在前台幾分鐘了，你都不問一下我有什麼需要嗎？服務態度不行啊！今次入住跟上次的房間差不多，清潔度都差不多，就是床褥及枕頭睡得不太舒適，我老公都頸落枕了！

就在仁恆夢公園中心隔鄰在Lawson便利店對面整個社區的樓房都非常漂亮現代感滿滿行幾十步就到購物中心地理位置超好超方便商場很大很新場內有奧特曼專題店食店非常多高中低價錢都有房間跟圖片一樣榻榻米是很厚的床褥睡得舒服的衛生就一般般特别是茶水間和廁所的牆有少許發霉需要來一些小維修了整體還是很好的
