Location: It's only a 15-20 minute drive to Nantou Ancient Town, MixC, etc. There are also fast food restaurants and coffee shops downstairs, which is quite convenient 3. Service: The front desk staff were very polite and gave detailed instructions on check-in, especially Tree, the waiter who came to help with computer problems. He tried his best to help us use the computer in the room 4. Facilities: This is my first time staying in a Hyatt hotel. I didn't expect that this hotel has only been open for three years. Many of the equipment are either damaged or scratched. The equipment maintenance vehicle really needs to be strengthened. Another problem is that there are many translation errors in the signs in the hotel and guest rooms. As a hotel under an international hotel brand, this is also very disappointing. As for the computer part, according to the waiter Tree, the computer in the room needs to be registered on the mobile phone using the official App before it can be used, and it should be implemented on March 1st, but the front desk was not informed in advance. When we asked the front desk again in the evening, they sent someone to assist us. This also made us feel very helpless. Another helpless thing is that the official App does not accept registration with Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan documents, so Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan tourists are not recommended to stay in the room with gaming computers.
