Will definitely stay again. I stayed here for 7 nights. It was better than expected. Big room, housekeeper cleaned everyday, full of Amenities easy to travel near subway, near local food shop. I love it here.

hotel was good, had some problems with the aircon and the staff upgraded our room.

Junior reception staff have room for improvement. We requested four rooms near together but not confidence enough.  Eventually, they needed their senior staff to arrange.  The projectors were not good enough. Moreover, it was required assistance for sound control. As a matter of fact, the plug was malfunction (loose).

It's my first time staying in this hotel. I feel very good. The transportation is convenient, it's close to the subway station, it also has movie theme features, the customer service attitude is very considerate, the hygiene is very satisfactory, and there are many delicious foods nearby. It is definitely a five-star rating.

The hotel rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The movie sound quality is like being in a theater. The most convenient thing is the KTV downstairs. You can go back to your room directly after singing.

This time I booked a triple room. The room is very spacious, with a large screen, separate wet and dry toilets, and a large terrace with a two-seat swing and a four-chair table. There are also many restaurants and small supermarkets around. The customer service is quick and responsive. It is also excellent in all aspects. It is far away from the Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau ports. It would be better if there is a long bench against the wall near the bed in the room so that you can sit down and change your shoes.

We arrived very late, and the front desk was very responsible and proactively informed us that the room we booked might be affected by noise during a certain period of time. They suggested that we change to another room type and took us to see another room type for comparison, instead of waiting for guests to complain. Just came to deal with it passively, very professional. I dare say that the service and sense of responsibility here are more professional and in place than some big hotel brands! During the period, there was a problem with some facilities in the room. After it was raised, it was handled proactively and the situation was followed up from time to time. The hotel has all the facilities you need, and even the water pressure of the shower is better than many five-star hotels! The movie experience was even more surprising! The equipment (both the projection quality and the sound system) is top-notch! Very appreciated and comfortable stay!
