This hotel is fantastic, and the service is truly exceptional. I was really impressed when a staff member even helped me re-wash my clothes after they didn't come out clean enough – what a thoughtful gesture! The location is also very convenient. I highly recommend it to everyone! 👍👍

The rooms are newly decorated and impeccably clean. All the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The front desk, in particular, was outstanding – they patiently answered every question and went above and beyond to help arrange things like food delivery, wake-up calls, and cleaning services. Their hospitality was truly remarkable.

We stayed in Shenzhen for a day before heading to Hong Kong. The room was very clean, and the location was super convenient with plenty of dining options nearby. It's also just a short walk to the metro station. We were extremely satisfied with our stay!

The room was nice; it was small but very clean. Despite some construction work in the vicinity, we weren't disturbed at all during the night. The front desk staff were also very helpful.

I always choose JI Hotel, and it's as reliably good as ever. The rooms are spotless, and the staff are warm and courteous. With construction happening nearby, the hotel even thoughtfully provided earplugs. Such a considerate gesture!

The room was clean and the service was excellent. Initially, there was an odd noise in our room, but the staff quickly came to investigate and offered a complimentary upgrade to a higher-floor room, which was significantly quieter. However, the heated toilet seat in the upgraded room was unfortunately out of order, which was a minor imperfection.
