位於深圳梅村城中村，人員吵雜，步行道狹窄，小店鋪林立，生活挺方便，離地鐵站很近！房間位於六樓，需要在三樓乘電梯，三樓以下是店鋪！房間設施一般，極其老舊，蹲便衞生間！有空調，對於旅行背包客來説，如何沒有更高要求，問題不大。對於深圳來説，這個價格不高！

房間有異味，空間小，電視不能看，窗簾拉不嚴，洗手間蹲便還要用桶接水去沖洗，熱水器水壓不夠，床單和被子有臟水，嚴重懷疑沒換過，總之非常差……

睡了兩個小時，身上會莫名的癢。沒有紙巾，也沒有牙膏牙刷，更沒有毛巾。特小，雖然有衣櫃，牀頭櫃，但都放滿了。你清理一下，反被老闆娘説很難聽的話。網上説14點退房，中午12點要求準時離開，否則要按時收費。不隔音，外面的聲音就如在耳邊。總總之一個字差，兩個字很差。
