房間的設施太舊了。而且衞生條件非常不好。很多地方特別臟，看着特別噁心。
公寓的整體感覺都是很不舒服，以前住的時候還不錯，但是現在不知道怎麼搞的，這麼臟。

為了去萬象食家，有時間逛街，吃東西，所以揀咗近嘅酒店公寓住一晚
在高新園站B出口，向右望會見到大沖花園牌，另一個方法萬象天地搵E出口，可以最近行到去酒店，唔使過大馬路，店接待處在麥當勞隔籬，多謝接待員按照我希望想要寧靜環境情，況升級雙床房給我，係一房內有一床，再在客廳多一張床嘅設計房在38樓，又親自帶領我哋去到房內，教我哋開大閘，及用電子鎖開門，全個小區內都冇樓梯，拖行李篋也方便，細心教我哋用熱水先開熱才用，講解空調只有冷風，提醒我有備用被在衣櫃可以用，基本設施梳洗用品都有，雪櫃夠凍，有兩個電蚊香，有圓形嘅拖把可以插兩個USB頭，有兩個露台，廁所都有窗，冇乾濕分離也都好快乾，員工親切有禮，真心給五星服務態度
價錢係值得，而且整個小區有很多食店，叫外賣也很方便

給前台其中一位秀美但不知名字的女孩點贊，雖服務枱離各房間有不少距離且當天還下着雨，但她耐心的帶我們看完所有房間，直到選中我們中意的房間，而且在我們住一個多月的時間裏，凡是我們提出的要求，她都不遺餘力的解決，因她的服務，下次我們還會選擇此酒店。

當日中午二時，我妹妹已到前台，但仍然說未執拾好房間。前台小姐說大概三點，但我們在外行左10分鐘就有房算係咁，但上到房廁所及露台連接茶几位置，清潔姐姐應該連地拖仍然濕照拖出茶几位置拖過就算。

第一次來，位置有點難找，公寓位於大沖新城花園小區裏面，到了可以先找前台小姐姐，登記確認，熱情的小姐姐會親自帶路過去，交通很方便🚇站就在旁邊，房間很温馨整潔，地方寬敞明亮，周邊吃的很多不擔心沒法選擇，

一家交通非常便利的酒店式公寓，公寓位於南山區大沖新城花園小區裏面，距離地鐵高新園站 B 出口附近，出地鐵兩三分鐘就到，前台位置設在一樓門店，隔壁是麥當勞，對面是肯德基，非常好找，前台小姐姐很熱情，辦理完入住之後直接帶我們去房間，樓下吃喝玩樂應有盡有😏而且旁邊還有大型購物中心萬象天地，下次來南山玩一定還選這裏！
