The hotel was beautiful and clean. The view was nice and there were many shops and cafes in the vicinity. We stayed in the Mickey mouse themed floor, and the room was designed with Mickey which was creating a Disney-like atmosphere. The service was good and the stuff was really friendly, Yuki helped us and took us to our room.

The hotel ambiance is great, and the location is super convenient, right next to a shopping mall. The front desk service was very attentive – kudos to them! Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended for repeat stays.

First off, I felt very safe. The entire building appears to be under hotel management, which adds to the security. I arrived half an hour early, initially just wanting to ask the front desk about luggage storage so I could drop my bags off and explore until check-in time. To my pleasant surprise, the front desk staff were incredibly accommodating; they not only let me check in early but also upgraded my room for free. The elevators were quite fast, and the room was spotlessly clean. The hairdryer was powerful, and all essential amenities were provided. What impressed me most was the strong security: the room doors had very robust locks, and elevator access to guest floors was key-card controlled. This attention to security truly gave me peace of mind. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shenzhen.

This is an older, established hotel in Shenzhen. While the facilities are a bit dated, its location is excellent. It's right by a subway station and a shopping mall, and parking is convenient too. Overall, it's perfectly acceptable, and I would stay here again.
