The stay was pleasant.

Location of hotel was nice, but cleanliness and other services were poor. The room has smell of cigarette smoke and washrooms weren't clean upto standard. We stayed for a night in 3 bed family villa, there wasn't any elevator to go to higher floors. Overall 5 out of 10 points to the hotel.

Worst experience and would never recommend

When entering the room, there was a pile of sand on the floor and the room was not cleaned. There is a karaoke bar on the beach where people sing until late at night, so if you want to sleep you have to wait until they finish. There is one toilet on the beach that is incredibly dirty and which is charged. And many more disadvantages. The best parts of the vacation are the comfortable beds and breakfast. Very bad memories.

Horrible, absolutely horrible. I don't know where would i start from. Dirty and smelly outdated hotel, cigarettes everywhere through the room halls, bugs and insect everywhere... 3 days staying here, only one time cleaning service came to clean the room after my 5th attempt dealing with receptionists to send someone. They just came to take the garbage out and put new towels. Luckily my wife was inside and told them what job they supposed to do, changing bedsheets, cleaning room etc and they rejected at first, then after arguing and yelling from cleaners side, they finally decided to change bedsheet and clean the room with the same mop that she previously clean dirty toilet (which btw has terrible stench) Of course she didn't allow her to do that, and then someone came and brought the new mop(which i strongly belive is used for some other toilets. Breakfast - not worth of buying, limited offer and every morning absolutely the same. Workers on the reception are nice and polite, but obviously the management of this dumphole is a complete failure. Only one thing is ok, that's beach which is right under the hotel, 10 meters from the doorstep and that's the only one thing that children can enjoy here. AVOID

Room actually on the backyard, no sea view

Excellent customer service from Shawn, he worked hard to ensure we had an amazing stay. We had to book the villa option, but luckily they are only 2 mins away and it was nice to be in a quieter area. We will be back again for sure.

The hotel's location was really good, right at the beach with an amazing view! The room was really nice and everyone at the reception was lovely. The view from the room was gorgeous and i definitely plan on visiting again.

Fantastic stay. Location is excellent, right next to a lovely beach. Nice restaurants close by. Staff were very friendly and helped us out with all of ours needs. We will definitely be returning in the future

It’s right in the beach and there are convenience stores around. When I checked in they had a problem with my booking and I had to wait a while for them to fix it. I would have waited longer but I asked them if it was necessary for me to wait. The waiter at the cocktail bar was still in training and didn’t seem to know how to make cocktails. The swimming pools were beautiful and they had quad bikes to ride on the beach outsode. Some of the swimming pools were closed but the ones that were open were more than enough. Great surfing spot.

The room was different from the photos posted by Ctrip. It was a serious mismatch. There was a musty smell as soon as I entered the room. The hotel was old and the hygiene was poor. There were some dead insects on the balcony. The pillowcases were yellow and dirty. The price I booked on the 1st was 1206, but it turned into more than 1300 on the 2nd. It was already more than 1800 on the 3rd! There were all kinds of insects and red ants outside the hotel. It was really not worth the price.

Treasure Hotel, the room should be renovated, not as old as imagined The lobby is a bit old, but! Downstairs is the beach, the water is clear and the sand is fine, you can also go to the beach nearby, the price is affordable! ! ! Will come again! The breakfast is simple but delicious! The disadvantage is that there are few places to eat around, but I advise everyone! Don't leave this hotel too far to find food, don't go to Pingxi Avenue, the return trip is blocked! ! I would rather order takeout or go to the Yunhai Hotel above for dinner!

The location is very good, convenient for travel, beautiful environment, clean and tidy rooms, the front desk lady provided good service, and free breakfast. It is one of the first choice for family travel and the best choice for swimming in summer. The sea water is crystal clear.
