Odor problems may be caused by a variety of reasons, such as insufficient ventilation in the room, failure to change linens in a timely manner, or odor coming from the floor drain. During subsequent room cleaning, we will increase ventilation, replace linens in a timely manner, and regularly check floor drains and pipes to ensure fresh air in the room. Regarding the second room not being cleaned properly, it was indeed our fault.
