All good, nice clean and quiet hotel Located near to metro line as well as CDG line Personnel is friendly, all is easy Shopping mall opposite hotels building with plenty food places What is not good for 4* hotel: tiny gym is 2 square meters room Also in the description there's a SPA, but they does not have any, so if you expect it, then now you know So for the price they ask, spa or small sauna at least is good to have but probably there's already nothing they could do with it Besides that it's really good place to stay

Simple and easy checkin. Location was close to public transportation.

I am very unhappy because I have discovered that despite the city tax was already included in my trip.com booking and was collected from me by trip.com, this hotel has kept city tax second time from my deposit, not notifying me anyhow, not sending me any invoice whatever: I just discovered this by checking my bank report. At the time of check in they asked me at reception to pay city tax. I have shown them the booking confirmation, city tax included and paid. They confirmed there is no problem, and I don’t need to pay it again. But then they decided to silently keep it from my deposit after I checked out. If I wasn’t attentive I wouldn’t even know it. Now I reported to trip.com and I’m sure they will handle it, trip.commas excellent support service, I’m happy with. As for the hotel, I see such action as theft, naturally. This class of hotel you are not expecting something like this to happen. They shall be ashamed.

Great hotel

It is very close to Metro Line B, which makes travel very convenient and cost-effective. The room is big and has all the toiletries you need, which is pretty good. The breakfast is also quite rich. The only downside is that there are many steps at the entrance of the hotel, which is not very convenient if you have heavy luggage, but you can ask the staff to help carry it.

I don't want to say much about the hotel. The room is big in Paris and the breakfast is OK. I must mention that a Thai guy at the front desk is simply a European service star, and he is the most satisfying person on this trip to Europe. Since I took an early flight and arrived at the hotel at about 8 o'clock, the room was naturally not ready. The guy actually took me to have breakfast. It was the first time I encountered a hotel that provided a breakfast buffet in the morning. He was afraid that the breakfast area would be too noisy, so he took me to the business district to rest and wait. During the period, he enthusiastically introduced me to the facilities around the hotel and the classic routes suitable for checking in Paris. During the stay, he responded to all requests and responded quickly. It was really a warm current in the cold Paris.

The receptionist was very helpful with various things, such as directions to destinations and arranging taxis. The food in the restaurant was also delicious.

Booking made on the Trip.com app, what a surprise when we arrived at the hotel and there was no SPA as indicated in the description. We tried to contact the manager many times without success. In addition, the room was average and the breakfast average. Nothing very desirable for the price.

This is the first time I have encountered a hotel in France that is a scam. The clear details on Ctrip are basically useless for hotels in France. Fortunately, the problem was solved after I complained to Ctrip, but it affected my mood and wasted time. So I would like to remind everyone to confirm with Ctrip in advance when booking a hotel in France to avoid being forced into a scam by the hotel.

The room is very clean, the service staff is very nice, there is a shopping mall next to it, and it's not far from the subway station. If you have the chance to go back to Paris next time, you will consider staying here again!

The location of the hotel is okay. It's on the edge of Little Paris, but it's a bit noisy. Be careful not to ask for a room on the side of the road. Others are okay. Like domestic guest houses, the facilities are relatively long, but this is the status quo of European hotels.
