Highly Recommended Hotel Review (Slightly Set Back Location, Exceptional Staff) Location: This hotel is slightly set back from the main streets and attractions, which means you may have a bit of a longer walk or need transportation to reach the centre. However, this also offers a quieter and more peaceful atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle. Just keep in mind the extra few minutes needed for your outings. (Note: Easy access via taxi or ride-sharing services was reliable.) Staff: The hotel truly excels in this area! The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and genuinely positive from the moment we arrived until our departure. Their warm smiles, eagerness to assist with any request, big or small, and consistently cheerful attitude made our stay feel welcoming and effortless. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy. Overall Experience & Recommendation: Despite the location being slightly set back, the exceptional service and incredibly positive staff completely outweighed this minor inconvenience. Their professionalism and kindness created a fantastic atmosphere, making us feel genuinely well-cared for. I highly recommend this hotel for travellers who prioritise excellent service, a friendly atmosphere, and a peaceful stay over being right in the heart of the action. Very spacious and lovely front desk. The hotel is huge and AC is perfect and pp are super friendly. Very clean room and the mattress is perfect. Smell great.

Good Services, big room. the Manager is Very responsibility But just feeling strange with room door without lock, can not sleep and make back pain with the Very Old bed.

Friendly staffs and good location

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay from the first moment. Was upgraded to a double room due to being a solo traveller. Staff were willing to help with any issue or question. And breakfast was delicious! Also the supermarket at the back of the building was very convenient and it is also located close to two subway stations. Would stay again and recommend to anyone!

We felt so comfortable from the minute we entered into the reception where Jenny and her team in reception. Jenny stood very supportive and well communicative for our every enquiries and needs regarding stay, food and extended her full help with smiling face Without hesitant she came forward to every help She is very professional, friendly and speaks good English too. Was introduced by staff to the room. Spacious hotel with spacious rooms. Big good beds. Everything was working. Varied breakfast. TV channels limited but is normal. There's a small supermarket at the back of the block the hotel is in. I loved that I could open the window above the bath. Helpful staff. Seems to be popular for small conferences.
