It turned out that you need to ask for the sauna to be lit 2 hours in advance (the spa is included from 7.00 to 10.00, it turns out that at 5 am we had to call or notify in the evening, but how if we didn’t know this?) Then it turned out that not the entire spa is included, but only an ice pool, kamon, why is it needed without a sauna? At breakfast at 9.00 there were only 4 pancakes and cold cuts, and we were a family of three and had to drive to the nearest cafe. Accommodation cost 240 Belarusian rubles or 7,000 Russian rubles. And it would be justified - the hotel itself is really not inferior to the Radisson, for example, which is in Helsinki, but the SPA and service need to be improved, it’s no good. Include a sauna in the price, put a price list for massages and procedures in the rooms, train the staff to inform guests about the services included in the price and additional services - we, for example, were ready to leave another 7,000 for massages and SPA. But we were so disappointed that we didn’t even want to walk around the territory, and besides, we had to go look for breakfast. In general, this is not 4*, not 4.
