Service: Excellent and hope to get this excellent service next time Swimming Pool: Even not too big, but clean and friendly facilities after finished swimming, also kid’s swimming pool water temperature is warm. MTR station: 10 mins by walk to the nearest station, and take MTR to Shenzhenbei station super fast and convenient Dinner Buffet at Hotel: Environment is good and not too crowd, then we can enjoy our dinner buffet comfortably. All foods are tasty and fresh. We want to have one more time to have dinner buffet there.

Good hotel, but not special as other Sheraton hotels. There is a mall in the neighbourhood in walking distance.

Just got back from an amazing weekend at Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan! The whole experience was great, but I have to give a special shout-out to Mariia, whose hospitality really made my stay special. The rooms were comfortable, location was perfect, and everything I needed was taken care of. If I ever find myself in Shenzhen again, I'm definitely booking here!

The facilities and the room is very clean. Although it is a bit far from MTR station (around 15 mins walk), it is still ok. The Gym and swimming facilities are clean and nice.

Had a great time at this hotel! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Although I was not able to speak in Chinese, it was never been a problem. The only downside is that it’s away from main shopping/dining areas of Shenzhen.

Brand new hotel with elegantly decorated rooms of decent size. Perfect Bed with many pillows. A little walk from the subway station but there is a mall not far.
