Good location. About 400m to Exit B of Fumin subway station. Close to convenience shops, courier, pharmacy, dry cleaner and small eateries. Fast access to highway to Baoan Airport. Lift is old and slow especially during peak hours. I stayed on 15 floor. Front desk service was usually busy but adequate.

The hotel is a bit old but the facilities are keeping in very good condition. Convenient location to access two large shopping malls!

Excellent customer service. They helped me with all my needs. The location is very convenient and in an area that seems a bit more quiet. The room is nice and the bed is super comfortable :)

Hotel was easy to find Close to metro Good location Staff were friendly Room were a little dusty around the corners Room looks different from what was shown and what we got Room layout was kinda weird Bathroom design is strange, not for everyone

I got sewage smell from the toilet of my room which is on 3rd floor. Even worse is that a mosquito was introduced into the room after I opened the window in order to be more airy and get rid of the sewage smell. The consequence is that I couldn't sleep and got a few mosquito bites on my face. I therefore decided to change my room and the hotel kindly allowed. The second room is much better, much more clean and without bad smell. I tried the buffet breakfast too at extra cost RMB28 only. Quite good at such price. Overall I find the exterior of building or lobby much better than the interior of the room.

Response from Property: Very good budget hotel very close to the Hong Kong border (just one MTR station away). The room is decorated nicely, though some of the common areas seem a little dated. Staff very friendly and make best efforts to communicate despite not knowing English. Very easy check in and check out, quick wifi in the room. Only downside was the cleaning lady who came around 5PM to make up my room, only knocked 2-3 times and opened the room door just a few seconds later!
