Benz Hotel Taoyuan Reviews

Location is easy to reach. Front staff were not welcome for guests who couldn't speak Chinese. The rooms air conditioner was hot because they didn't allow guest to adjust the temperature, and the toilet is old has not yet renovated. For food is very good and delicious. The food quantity is O.K. Toiletries are less, no shower cap, no toothbrush in room according Taiwan hotel standard of Toiletries usually almost hotels have provided in room.

The hotel receptionist was quite helpful. However, the stay was not satisfactory as I could hear noises such as talking from another room, traffic outside and water flowing at night which disturbs my sleep. With this price, I suppose it could be better. No comment on the free breakfast as I did not take it.

Avoid unless necessary. Parking is limited but free There's water in the room but a little suspicious. Only good thing probably is got cute figurines to take photo of

Check in after midnight around 1 am and was given a nice room but after a couple hours I realised there was somebody smoking near the room and smoke was spreading into my room through their central air conditioning system. So at 3am  I went down to the reception to complain after reading their 3500 NT penalty with no excuse if they detect any smoke in your room so the receptionist decided to change the room and gave me a room that was ok but with cigarette ash marks on the bed with ***** hair and no blanket! Just a dirty old bed cover with lots of stains and hair and smelly also ! Went back down to reception at after a quick nap at 730am and told them I needed a blanket because the AC I turned off was very smelly and stinky and opening the window was too cold and too noisy so had to sleep with my clothes on! The receptionist replied” you have to wait till 830 for your blanket because the housekeeper is not here yet”  Finally I had to ask again if I could go back to my old room myself to get the winter blanket for my new room! No good morning no greeting staff is quite unreliable!

Cozy hotel for one night stay travellers. With friends, the space is sufficent for small sizes travellers.

The room is old,and the things are also old,the sofa and the towel have sractch and hole.

My experience was good the hotel is close to a train station and there are shops around to get food. Their breakfast is really good and mix of Chinese and Western.

The room was a bit small, but seems to be newly renovated. The front desk staff was helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. The elevator on the Benz side was tiny, but it was a perfect fit for two people plus 3 pieces of luggage Will definitely visit again in the future.

The staff provides excellent support, and the facility maintains a clean and hygienic environment. Breakfast offerings are of high quality and well-prepared.

Hotel was in an okay location to various night markets. Price was cheap and included breakfast as well.

I Stayed at Benz hotel With my 4 year old child. Everything was Excellent, Specially my child enjoyed the Characters of Spiderman, Ironman etc. This theme makes Benz hotel more Special and kids Friendly as well. I will prefer this hotel for future trips and will recommend to my friends.Thank you 😊
