The hostel is in an excellent location for the price

I would like to give a better review, because the online checkin person was friendly and the hostel room was clean and comfortable, but the struggle to get in is insane. Firstly it is super complicated to find because there is no explanation where exactly it is and the building complex is big and has many different entrances and you have to go to the right one. Then when I finally found the right one I was refused entry from the security guy and he said wrong one so back to another one and that security guy said no you were at the right one already, go back. Then after 10mins of arguing with the security guy via translater he finally let me through. Next problem starts: You need an access card to get to the right floor and of course I didn’t get one from the security, so I had to walk 6 stories with baggage. But then another problem. I didn’t receive a code to get in so I had to wechat the staff first which took quite a while until I got an answer. Staff was friendly but it’s just a terrible system.

I went hiking in Hong Kong during the May Day holiday and bought a ticket to Shenzhen. The location of this store is super good, very close to several ports and the subway entrance, very convenient! The guidance of the assistant on WeChat during check-in was very clear ~ Highly recommended!

I stayed at NapNap Girls Youth Hostel (Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center) with my friends and was pleasantly surprised! It was clean, warm, attentive, and well-equipped. It was comfortable and safe to stay here, highly recommended!

Hygiene: Very dirty, water heater installed in the bathroom shower room, no safety guarantee, mold everywhere in the bathroom, the most outrageous thing is that I got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and found a mouse running by, I almost screamed in fright
