房間很漂亮，裝修風格有點像家居博主，把燈光調到暖色很有情調，居家辦公的感覺像在咖啡廳而不是冷冰冰的商務公寓😀衞生比較好，床上和地上我都檢查了一遍，沒有頭髮絲兒，有個陽台，配了露營桌椅，颱風天可以看烏雲壓境，別有一番風味，十分愜意～

在高新園地鐵口上面的高層住宅小區，面積不大但廚房衞生間陽台都有，很明亮活潑的風格，住着心情愉悦。位置確實無敵，就在地鐵一號線B口，下樓步行就是萬象天地商場吃吃買買，坐一站到深圳大學感受校園生活，坐2站世界之窗歡樂谷，坐3站到華僑城創意園看展拍照，坐4站前海灣看落日！因為深圳的重要景點都在一號網上，所以一日遊基本上不會浪費時間在來回坐車上，這一點很滿意

✨[進入房間第一眼]選這間最大的原因是評論區都説很乾凈，親測確實乾淨，而且入住這幾天沒有蟑螂情況
🙋[對於房東，我想説]房東確實人很好，響應較快，乾脆爽快，方便我的行程，幫我提前入住，還延了一小時退房
💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]有個小陽台擺了2把小椅子，沒有灰，衞生間是明衞
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]離地鐵很近，5分鐘吧，離萬象天地也不遠，走路就能到，有一點繞但是跟着房東給的入住指引可以輕鬆找到
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]剛入住時建議先把冰箱插上電，這樣夜裡它就不會有製冷噪音了。
提2個小建議：1是增配微波爐，2是建議配一個能旋轉的花灑底座

工作原因經常來科技園出差，住過這個小區很多次，這一間是目前住下來最乾淨的，樓道也安靜，陽台景色也好。直接找美女房東續住有優惠。

交通便利，乾淨衞生，空氣清新，床品舒服。在這個位置這個價格住到有燃氣廚房，有陽台洗衣機的正規住宅小區，性價比很高，適合長期住。

因為落地比較深夜了 房東也都睡了 房間空調暖風壞的 開了好久都是出冷風又默默關上了 還好深圳現在不是特別冷了 不然又得感冒了 房間隔音效果也很一般 走廊外説話和打掃的聲音都聽得到 房間信號也不太好 房東也沒有提前發wifi啥的 建議房東應該對預訂的客提前發好入住指南和聯網方式 唯獨房間內設挺全 裝飾比較像自住房挺貼心的 本來像住一個星期 衹能無奈換住到酒店了

位置好找，1號線地鐵坐到高新園，B口出來走兩步就看到小區名字了。是個在科技園和購物商圈裡麪的小區，都是高樓大廈，吃飯買東西很方便。
房間很乾凈，一開門就感覺明亮清爽，有淡淡香味，陽台有露營桌椅可以看城景。晚上睡覺比較安靜，可以做飯洗衣服看電影，也有藍牙音箱可以聽音樂。在這裏長期生活感覺應該很不錯的

住酒店最怕的一是臟，二是吵。但這次訂的房間真的很乾凈，可以説是一塵不染。被褥都散發著洗衣液消毒液清香。位置也在繁華地段，但鬧中取靜，沒有噪音。總體來説非常好，可以放心住！
