Located within an apartment building, the hotel was quite clean and featured a balcony, which was great for drying clothes. The soundproofing was excellent; once the windows were closed, you could barely hear the highway traffic outside. It's also pet-friendly!

Excellent overall. It's very clean, and the location is great, being close to Shenzhen North Station with convenient transportation. There was construction next door, but surprisingly, it wasn't noisy at night. Highly recommended.

The room was genuinely good, clean and tidy throughout, and the check-in experience was excellent. This definitely deserves praise. After checking out, I realized I'd left my charger in the room. I called the front desk on the off-chance, and a helpful staff member quickly found it and proactively offered to mail it back to me. However, what was frustrating was that the hotel sent it via SF Express, and it took four or five days to arrive, even though it was a same-city delivery – slower than even standard mail. I'd stayed here once before and found the location to be excellent – right next to the subway, making it super convenient to get around. Given how clean the room was and the excellent value for money on my last visit, I decided to rebook. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the specific room I had stayed in previously was already occupied. The front desk informed me that I would have to wait until after check-out for a potential room change. The problem is, I was only staying for a few hours that afternoon – was I really supposed to wait for someone else to check out? I initially tried to discuss it with the front desk, hoping they could offer a flexible solution, but they actually told me to go and negotiate with the current occupant... I was utterly dumbfounded. Pictures are not accurate. I haven’t even seen most of the places shown in the pictures. Reception is just a random room on the 10th floor. I was probably given a cheaper room, but after contacting this place, I didn’t even get a response. If you like to get what you actually paid for, I wouldn’t recommend it.
