We celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary at this hotel, and the staff made it truly special by decorating our room beautifully—what a lovely surprise! The service was fabulous throughout our stay, and we really appreciated their attention to detail. The hotel’s location in the middle of the mountain offers fantastic scenic views, though transportation can be a bit challenging. Thankfully, the hotel provides shuttle services to/from the train station and the Forest Train (森林小火车), which was very helpful. However, if you plan to order food delivery, note that some drivers may not deliver to this area. One minor downside was the ongoing construction nearby, which caused some noise (though acceptable, as it’s beyond the hotel’s control). Unfortunately, the dust from the construction also made the swimming pool appear a bit dirty during our visit. Despite these small issues, our overall experience was fantastic, thanks to the wonderful hospitality. We’d definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful and romantic getaway!

Very nice, quiet and spacious room. The hotel changed our room on a short notice free of charge! Very comfortable beds to sleep on. The location is in a very calm place surrounded by nature with an amazing view over the Dameisha coast. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

Everything was fine, we were just a little upset that it was raining and the hot springs weren't working, but that's weather problems. The rooms are great.

It is up the mountain, and you need to register at the gate so it is not easy to enter. They do provide 2 free trips to the outlet nearby. The hotel is actually 2 mansions that they renovated as hotel rooms and reception. Service was great. We went to celebrate my birthday, it was a nice place to stay and we just stroll around the beach and outlet, didn't do much but relax. Breakfast was a set, and very Chinese style, but it's ok except it would be better if they offer coffee instead of milk.

It was great to stay in this hotel! The staffs were nice and helpful, the room was super clean, and the view from the balcony was amazing! :) The breakfast was simple, but it was pretty good overall! I will visit again next time!

We had a lovely time at the homestay and the host and staff were incredibly helpful. The surroundings are peaceful and you feel like you have the whole mountain to yourself. If we needed anything the host was just a message away and made sure we were well looked after. Having our dogs with us made for a relaxed getaway where we all got to be in nature enjoying the fresh air and silence. Will definately go back again.

My child was doing an internship at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, so we chose this B&B near OCT East. The view from the room was stunning, but unfortunately it started raining the next day, preventing us from doing much outdoor activities. The service was attentive and attentive, including frequent pick-ups and drop-offs. Remember to bring mosquito repellent, as the mosquitoes here are incredibly infested.

With work and a constant stream of thoughts piling up, I haven't truly relaxed in ages. Taking advantage of the weekend, I escaped the hustle and bustle of the city and headed to a seaside B&B for a staycation of my own. I usually fall asleep late, my mind constantly racing, but once I entered this natural oxygen bar nestled between the forest and the sea, I felt a strange sense of calm. I found a place on the spur of the moment to relax and unwind for a few days. It completely exceeded my expectations and I absolutely loved it! I immediately booked another day! The breakfast and service were excellent, and they even offered to shuttle us up and down the mountain directly to Dameisha Beach. 🏝️ It was absolutely amazing!

I've been wanting to find a relaxing forest B&B in Shenzhen. After searching for a long time on Xiaohongshu, I found the Lucerne Forest Raphael B&B to be the best value and the environment was also great. We even got an upgrade the same day we checked in. The environment is beautiful! It's also quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway! I highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway! The housekeeper was wonderful and welcoming, and almost everything we requested was met. There's also a dedicated B&B driver who can take you to attractions or down the mountain for dinner! Everyone was very helpful! I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room; they were absolutely stunning! It rained the past two days, and just sitting in bed and staring out the window was fantastic! We even rented a stove and had a barbecue at the B&B, which was very satisfying! There's also a cafe in Building A with great coffee and a little cat inside. We spent two days wandering around and had a wonderful time. I'll definitely be back next time!
