Great hotel, great location and great facilities. The only downside is the pool which is outside the hotel(another building). But it was not an issue. A great staying. Easy access to Metro and nice Japanese restaurants just around the corner. Try WOW Ramen (Black truffle Ramen). One of the best I ever had.

When my family and I arrived at the hotel, all the rooms are not yet ready. So we went to have the lunch first and then come back to the hotel until around 3:00 p.m. The girl of the front desk is very slow for check in and furthermore, some of the rooms were also still not yet clean up. Besides, there had a big issue - my mother who is about 90 was stayed alone for sleeping at the room as I went to my brother's room to have a night food. All the lighting and TV were turned on. But my mother told me that she suddenly wake up and found out that all lights & also TV were turned off. The room was very very dark and she didn't know how to operate. She was very scared and she wanted to go to the toilet. I don't know why all the lighting were turned off automatically and luckily, my mother didn't get any hurt without lighting. It was a very bad experience!!
