Courtyard Hotels in Shenzhen

There are many beautiful hotels in Shenhzen, but don't let the exterior or interior photos fool you. I have stayed in many of them, but this Courtyard by Marriott Shenzhen Northwest Hotel is one of the best. So why am I writing this review? Well, because starting with the most incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff working here, from the front door man to the reception area and the cleaning crew, everyone was incredible, and they made my stay in Shenhzen so wonderful. This hotel is top-notch and kept super clean. Room pricing is well below the market compared to any five-star hotel.

Regrettably, the inability to access these essential online resources hindered my productivity during the trip. Despite attempts to utilize local alternatives provided by the hotel's WIFI, I encountered challenges such as intrusive advertisements and language barriers, particularly with menus in Chinese. As a business traveler, time is of the essence, and adapting to unfamiliar software and applications proved to be a significant hurdle. I kindly request that you consider addressing this internet restriction issue to enhance the overall experience for future guests who rely on seamless access to online tools.
