Staff very friendly and helpfull

Very nice

I never expected to find such a hidden gem of a hotel in Shenyang! It's newly opened, conveniently located, and most importantly, there's a shopping mall right downstairs!! Perfect for shopping and dining anytime! The rooms were clean and hygienic, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall, a comfortable experience. I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in Shenyang!

My friends came to Shenyang for a visit, and I booked them a newly opened hotel that was only six months old, not far from the airport. After picking them up, it was less than a 20-minute drive from the airport to the hotel. There was both above-ground and underground parking, which was very convenient. Check-in was quick and easy, and the receptionist was very friendly, greeting us with a smile throughout, which was very pleasant. The next day, I went to the hotel to have breakfast with my friends. Breakfast was 58 yuan per person. I didn't stay at the hotel, so I paid for breakfast separately. The breakfast selection was extensive! The food was decent, but the coffee was amazing! The beef noodles were fantastic; almost every table had a large ceramic bowl of beef noodles! My friends said the room amenities were also very good, they slept comfortably, and the toiletries were high-end, better than other hotels in the same price range. I was happy that my friends were satisfied! I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Shenyang!

My friend came to Shenyang for the Dragon Boat Festival and found a hotel near the airport. I saw this hotel during the promotion of Global Harbor Dynamic City during the May Day holiday, so I came to Ctrip to check it out. It just opened, and I thought everything was new, so I booked this one! The overall facilities are good, the front desk service is enthusiastic, and the shampoo in the room is awesome. The front desk said it is next to the Jo Malone brand. Haha, hotels are so popular now. I found a good place in the hotel. You can go directly to the air runway of the mall next to it from the fourth floor. I heard that a special sports mall was built in Shenyang, awesome! There is also breakfast, but they were in a hurry, so they didn’t book breakfast. They also sent souvenirs, which is very thoughtful. Recommended!!!

房間面積很大，酒店裝修風格很現代化，酒店大堂環境很好，前台辦入住很迅速，酒店距離地鐵站2號線很近，出門很便利！旁邊就是動感城商場，詢問前台附近吃飯的地方，她們給推薦了隔壁商場二樓的小吃，很近很方便，前台服務非常的周到，尤其是前台樂樂和小影很熱情，下次來還會選擇這個酒店，十分好評！

設施:特別齊全，房間裏的床品柔軟舒適，洗漱區的熱水供應及時且水温穩定。 衞生:房間整體一塵不染，床品、毛巾乾淨，沒有異味和污漬，衞生間清潔到位。 服務:從入住時前台工作人員熱情高效的辦理，耐心解答各類諮詢，到入住期間客房服務響應及時，工作人員態度温和有禮，遇到需求都能快速妥善解決，全程體驗感極佳，感受到了滿滿的尊重與貼心。 環境:酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，周邊配套齊全，樓下就是動感城商場，購物很方便。 這次入住體驗超棒，必須給滿分好評！

酒店服務人員工作特別認真，服務態度很好，辦理入住很高效，房間裏特別乾淨寬敞，光線視野嘎嘎透亮！！直接有商場配套，出門吃飯逛街非常方便。 早餐樣式種類齊全，衞生又美味，整體入住體驗感很好，下次出差還來這家酒店。

我是比較挑酒店的人，但每次去瀋陽都是住他家，服務一如既往的優秀，尤其是前台小佳樂，離沈本大街地鐵站不遠，出行方便。總的來説，各個細枝末節都能感受到這是一家有愛的酒店。值得推薦。

周邊環境很好，有運動商場，有空中跑道，臨河公園，健康生活。 客房設施新，乾淨衞生，走廊裏稍稍還有些裝修味道。 服務員都很和善，主動打招呼。交通:離二號線地鐵口近，到博物館一站路。 給送了個早餐，體驗感很好

關於交通：酒店位置很好，離地鐵口非常近。出行便利！ 關於周邊環境：酒店有商場，有空中跑道。在房間內看外面的風景很漂亮。 關於酒店衞生：客房很新，無異味，乾淨衞生，用了酒店的洗漱用品，味道很好，尤其是洗髮水留香持久，味道也是我喜歡的。 關於酒店服務:前台服務員非常熱情友善，有問題會第一時間解決！ 下次入住還會選擇這家酒店，好評！

此次消費體驗令人十分滿意。店內環境雅緻，裝修風格清新，佈局合理，營造出舒適愜意的氛圍。衞生情況極佳，各個角落都乾淨整潔。服務熱情周到，工作人員響應迅速。餐飲更是亮點，菜品豐富多樣，食材新鮮，口味絕佳，值得再次光顧！

前台給升級了房間，還送了一個早餐，服務很好，很驚喜。房間寬敞，大床非常舒服，就是這個被子有點厚啊。衞生不錯，現在酒店地板比地毯乾淨多了。房間裏冰箱有免費的飲料，還有茶和咖啡包。早餐也去體驗了一下，種類挺豐富，牛肉麪裏牛肉給的挺實誠，早餐喝了兩杯現磨咖啡，哈哈，咖啡自由。 服務員説四樓能直接去商場的天空跑道。吃完飯正好去遛遛彎兒，跑道也很喜歡，早晨天氣還涼爽，真不錯！ 整體環境可以，住的挺舒適!
