See it yourself. I have got a photos for you. No water, no cup. No coffee pack. I book king room and they give me a double single bed room. The latch to open door is broken, lighting is dark with many bulb already burned. TV not functioning. How is this rated a 4 star hotel... Regret for not choosing Mercure Hotel which is a little distance from this.

I recently stayed at this charming hotel on the and had an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome — warm, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spotless and elegantly decorated, with a stunning view of the sea from our private balcony. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying breakfast with such a breathtaking panorama was magical.

Comfortable stay with friendly staff and clean, well-kept rooms. Great location close to main attractions and transport. Overall a pleasant experience — would recommend for both business and leisure travelers.

the location is bad thats very far away from downtown if you dont have a car/ backpacker plz dont go to this hotel！

Because the hotel next to it was fully booked, I searched for this hotel. The location is hard to find, on the rooftop platform of a shopping mall complex, which is inconvenient. The facilities of the old hotel are relatively old, the toilet in the room is broken, and the pillow in the room was dirty at first. I contacted the front desk to change it. The overall experience is average.

The cleanliness of the hotel was truly borderline, and the service was absolutely disastrous.

The hotel management had a very bad attitude that day. We needed to pay the tax at first, but they didn't have a good attitude. They demagnetized our room card without informing us in advance and locked our suitcase in the room.

It's OK. It's just a little far from the city center. It takes about 40 minutes by subway, but the overall feeling is good. The hotel's breakfast is also quite satisfactory. I will stay here again next time.
