前台小夥子熱情服務周到，能及時處理問題，周邊臨近地鐵站，坐車方便，附近景區也好玩，是個不錯得地方，房間衞生乾淨整潔，還給免費升級房型，下次出來旅遊還選這裏！！👍👍

去紹興看演唱會，距離奧體中心不遠，可以跟着導航步行走過去。要從梅山廣場地鐵站C口出來直走，不能根據地圖上指引的出口（未開放）。到醉玖蘭亭這個樓的蘭公館上6樓才是酒店前台。房間面積不大，300這個價位有一丟丟貴了，設施衞生對於同價位酒店真的一般，臨時住一晚還是行。

已經第五次住這家了，本來不想給差評，第一次住的時候房間挺大，東西也很齊全，都是一模一樣的房型，價格有些浮動正常吧，但一模一樣的房型 ，為什麼第一 空間差這麼大，第二 為什麼住的房間連桌子都沒有了 本來是有的，第三，枕頭也衹有兩個，原本都是四個，衞生也越來越臟。不理解為什麼一樣的房型 甚至住了四五次了忽高的價格，反而面積折半小，枕頭折半，吃飯的桌子也沒有了。。。

聽周華健演唱會找了這家公寓式的民宿，離奧體中心走過去十分鐘左右，非常近。樓下有便利店，還是小吃店，地下停車場🅿免停車費。房間挺大的，熱水很大，衞生一般，床挺舒服的，不過隔音很差。

最要命的是空調開了1h左右就開始滴水，
拿垃圾桶接着 越滴越多，吵得睡不着覺
衹能把空調關了
