服務人員非常熱情、負責！給我們帶來了非常好的入住體驗！入住退房都會開小車來接送我們，幫我們搬行李，每天早餐都會用心準備，有新鮮的水果等，值得下次再來

在攜程不經意搜到這家民宿，看到位置在公園裡，好評很多，果斷就訂了這裏。整個住宿過程非常愉快，因為這裏的服務人員都很熱情，基本有求必應，小電瓶車隨時接送，還給我們做了黃酒奶茶黃酒咖啡。酒店位置雖然離市區較遠，但是這裏自然環境真是太好了，早起一起可以玩沒有遊客的公園，實在太舒服了，而且還省了門票。酒店的早餐簡單美味，食材質素都非常好，能吃到食物的香甜本味👍下次有機會來紹興還要住這邊，他們家老闆做酒生意的，這裏的黃酒也是非常正宗好喝。

酒店位置很好，在小島上離古纖道非常近，清晨和傍晚遊覽柯巖景緻很漂亮。
酒店裡面有個老木構建餐廳，不大但是挺漂亮的，
酒店服務的小哥也很周到，會早晚幫忙在景區接送。

第二次來到這邊，因為上一次體驗感很好，所以又選擇了這家，還很貼心的升級了房間。服務到位，衞生到位，飯也很好吃，很清靜，睡的很好。下次和朋友來還會選擇住這邊。

服務：客棧的小哥服務非常好，進出客棧車接車送非常給力。早餐也不錯，雖然簡單但是看得出很用心的準備。
環境：客棧是酒莊的一部分公共區域有些雜亂
衞生：床單上有明顯的幾根頭髮散落在床單的幾個不同的角落。小哥拿來床單更換的時候推開床墊，在縫隙處清晰可見“降落傘”的外包裝。拿了一塊酒店乾淨的毛巾擦拭了一下，滿滿的一層灰……

端午住了兩天，服務特別好，每次有需要都會開泊車來接一下，兩個小哥都超級好，真的做到了有求必應，今天早上趕飛機吃不上早飯小哥還給裝了一袋早餐給打包帶走，民宿在景區內，非常推薦！！！！
