Nice stay kind staff

The Oriental Grand hotel is part of a complex which includes 3 theme parks. One indoor mountain park, one indoor water park, and one large outdoor theme park. The parks were fun for our toddler. Call in advance to see which parts of the park are open/closed for the season. The hotel and facilities are designed for kids, so expect lots of them to be around! We stayed for 3 nights during the October Golden Week but the hotel was not overly busy, nor was the theme park. The breakfast was solid with mostly Chinese options but Western options as well. We enjoyed both the breakfast and the buffet dinner. Other food options in the area are quite limited, and the food in the parks is pretty poor. We were a 20-40 minute taxi ride away from other major attractions in the city, like Daxianglin and the giant buddha, as well as some of the ancient towns. The rooms were clean and new, and we had an excellent view of the nightly fireworks show from the main theme park, even from the bathtub! The rooms were quiet at night and the blackout curtains allowed everyone to sleep in. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Overall I would recommned this hotel to people seeking quiet and comfort during a theme-park trip.

The service at Oriental Landscape Hotel is very good. The environment is beautiful and comfortable. We were also given a free room upgrade, which is very suitable for family travel. The hotel has 3 parks: Mountain Kingdom Cool Play Park and Water Park are not open yet. I recommend the outdoor Cool Play Park.

The room size is OK. The pink theme is popular with kids. The hotel is very crowded during holidays and a bit noisy. The secondary passage from the hotel to the park is not open, which is very unfriendly. Every time you enter the park, you have to go through the main entrance. There is a very close passage that is not open, and you have to walk 15 minutes more.

The environment is OK, but the front desk service is really bad. It feels weird and western. I feel like a waiter and she feels like a guest. I don't have anything I want, and money is the first priority. You have to go to eat breakfast early. If you go late, there are really too many people, and the supplies are insufficient. It feels like you have to fight for a seat and food. The rhythm is speechless. The bathtub is next to the bed in the room. The most classic thing is that you have to charge 10 yuan for a disposable bathtub cover. The hotel gives it away for free. Even if you charge one or two yuan, it's okay. You actually charge 10 yuan for one. Is this the rhythm of not letting people use the bathtub? However, the attitude of the room service aunt is still very good. And the light leakage of the curtains makes me speechless. I was not woken up by the alarm clock or naturally woke up. I was woken up by the sunlight coming in. I stayed in many hotels during the May Day holiday, and this one was the worst experience for me. Not only did it not have the little surprises of other hotels, but the most important thing was that the front desk service was poor and the hardware facilities were average. I will not want to come again

The hotel is very convenient to the park, and it is very lively during holidays. There are also iron flowers for fun at night. Zhou Yingying at the front desk provided very good service. I will consider coming again next time

Arrived very late. The room is quite big. You can see the castle in front🏰 and there is a small tent, but there is no bathtub. The breakfast is average. The hygiene is also average. The air conditioner is loud. Oriental Water Park is quite fun and not crowded. The experience is good. The catering needs to be improved.

It's off-peak travel during Spring Break, so there shouldn't be many guests staying in the hotel, so the experience should be okay. We were arranged to stay in the room at the edge of the 19th floor. The overall hardware was so-so, but the space was relatively large, which matched the room price of over 400. Smart toilet and large bathtub can meet the needs of little ones. Special praise for the breakfast, which is very rich and tastes very good. There are two shortcomings. First, the windows with the curtains opened are extremely dirty. I suggest regular cleaning. Second, the design of the underground garage is not very reasonable. It took a long time to find it. What I want to complain about is Shanshui Park. I don’t know how long such a shabby park can last, and many projects have been closed!

I took my kids out to play on the weekend and bought a room with a Mountain Kingdom combo ticket. The whole hotel is luxuriously decorated, but a little old-fashioned. The breakfast was rich and unexpectedly good. The bathtub in the room was well received and the kids had a lot of fun soaking in it. The only drawback was that the children's area on the 5th floor was not well ventilated and had a bit of a stinky smell after entering. The Mountain Kingdom next door is very large and not many people come on weekends. The underground crystal cave is quite amazing, which is a pleasant surprise~ Overall, it was a great experience and worth the price. I would recommend it to my friends~
