There are pros and cons. I made an appointment for 4 days, and they turned on the air conditioner for me before I went there. They were very considerate. However, when I wanted to warm up food at night, they told me that there was no microwave, so I changed hotels the next day. When I checked out, the front desk asked me how I felt about my stay. I said it was average, and it was inconvenient that the hotel did not have a microwave, but the customer service during the day said there was one.
