"The room was spacious and generally clean, but the soundproofing wasn't great. I was staying overnight for a connecting flight and was woken up by people talking loudly in the hallway. It's possible they were just very loud, though. The room had a window, but it faced the bathroom – luckily, there was a curtain to block it out. The hotel offers airport shuttle service, but when I tried to call the number they gave me from the airport, it was constantly busy, so I ended up taking a taxi myself. The drop-off service to the airport, however, was perfectly fine; I took the hotel's car."

"The room was very comfortable [Sun emoji], we came specifically for Disneyland and weren't disappointed! The hotel is conveniently located near Xiuyan Road Metro Station, making it easy to get around. Duffy~ provided excellent service, paying great attention to detail. Although the decor is a bit older, it's well-maintained, and our overall experience during the stay was very good. Any issues we had were promptly addressed by all departments. [Haha emoji]"

The staff here were extremely helpful, they helped me to connect to the wifi and to operate the washing machine. There is a fridge in the lobby for communal use. There is daily housekeeping. You can also get hot water from the coffee machine in the lobby which is great for cold weather. I had a room on the top floor which had a skylight window. I really liked the toiletries as well!"

"The hotel is located on the 2nd floor without any lift.
Very clean room with a powerful shower spray bathroom. The bathroom has a modern and nice warm toilet seat and it's self flushing. The decor of the room is very nice with a beautiful painting. It has a kettle but without any coffee/tea beverages.
Smooth and prompt check-in especially when we arrived about 1am from Pudong Airport. The lady receptionist directed us to our room promptly as we were rather tired.
Our room faces a shady river and it's quiet. However, during the day, there is some ongoing construction in the next section of the building from about 9+ am. But by then, we are out exploring Shanghai.
There are plenty of eateries nearby which are very good.
The nearest Zhongshan Road Metro station (Red Line #1) is about 800m away.."

"The location is a bit far from the nearest subway station; it took us about 25 minutes by taxi to get there. However, since our flight home was at 8 AM, this was the closest option to Pudong Airport. Plus, there's a free shuttle bus early in the morning to take guests to the airport.
Overall, the experience was good. It would have been even more perfect if the lobby manager had smiled a bit more while providing service. 😊"

"The location is perfect — the building has an entrance directly to the shopping street, and another one to the road behind it, which makes it very easy to order a taxi. The room was cleaned every day, and the staff at the reception were very kind and welcoming.
The only downside is that sometimes there was a food smell coming into the room, since the restaurant kitchen was nearby, and the window faced a wall with no real view. Other than that, everything was great and the stay was comfortable."

One of the staff specially took us to explore the different types of room so we can decide which room type to take which we really appreciate!! The location is so accessible!!We can reach the main tourist attractions like Xintiandi, Yuyuan and Nanjing road within 10 mins by their cab Didi and costs less than USD$3 only and the pick up and drop off point is just in front of the hotel which is so easy for us!!They even offer free popcorn and drinks and amenities like travel sunblock cream, soap, floss, body cream throughout our stay!!All of the staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and professional — always greeting us with genuine smiles and going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable such as helping us to book ******* delivery and helping us to collect our taobao parcels.
Our room was spotless clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully prepared such as the toilet seat with a warm function. Every detail, from the amenities to the housekeeping, reflected the hotel’s high standards and care for guests.
Special mention to the front desk team— their friendliness and helpful recommendations truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

MM62104****Service: The front desk lady was really enthusiastic and proactively helped with our luggage, and explained the shuttle service. Having a shuttle is super convenient; you don't have to worry about anything, just catch it on time.
Environment: We booked a family room, and our child absolutely loved it. They had their own private space that felt both safe and cozy. There were even building blocks in the room, so they could play quietly every day for a while. When we left, they said they wanted to stay here again next time.
Outside the hotel, there are simple restaurants, BBQ spots, and a supermarket, which is quite convenient. Every night we came back, we'd take a stroll around the entrance.

GGuest UserIt’s not very very very clean, it’s decent. It’s just underneath the sofa and bed that there’s quite a few dusts. Location is very far from tourists destinations but it’s very accessible still because of the metro just right downstairs so no hassle at all. Front desk is also very nice, you can ask them to clean the room, ask for daily water. The only problem is the luggage storage, we booked for 2 stays, a week apart, wanting to leave our big luggage for when we come back but informed they are only able to keep it for the day as it is our only at the lobby which has lots of in and out residents. The kitchen also doesn’t have a pan or cooking pot, which photos shown does have.

It is very easy to make connections with other people. The showers and bathrooms are getting cleaned many times through the day. It's extremely clean. All the staff are gentle and polite, especially the cleaning lady, who was warm, greeted us, and proactively offered service. The experience was good, and my child was very satisfied! One area for improvement would be to add a place to hang clothes in the bathroom.

It definitely could work 👍 on maintaining the place more . A little beat up and will do wonders with some repair works. Perhaps more intense cleaning will help . Overall. MM29991****Hanting Premium Hotel is a comfortable choice for both business trips and family travel. Of course, the price isn't cheap. The smart TV's screen mirroring feature for watching games is a great experience. I chose it purely for its proximity to the KPL pop-up store in Shanghai. It's also very close to Suzhou Creek, so during the day, you can visit the pop-up store, and in the evening, enjoy the light show and a stroll along the creek, which is very pleasant. There are many breakfast places nearby, and it's convenient for dining out or ordering takeout.
