A truly excellent experience. Xiao Wei at the front desk was particularly outstanding – so welcoming and professional. Given it was convention season, they even upgraded me to a suite at no extra charge!

The suite was incredible – I even forgot to snap any photos! The hotel itself was impeccably clean, and it was super comfortable for the four of us, featuring two large bedrooms and a spacious living room. Highly recommended! The nearby Panlong Tiandi area was fantastic to explore; a single day simply wasn't enough. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I bring my mom next time.

Facilities: Excellent and well-maintained. All the amenities in the room were fully functional, with nothing broken. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean. The staff were thoughtful, checking when it was best to service the room, and always made sure to replenish the water. Ambiance: Although our room faced the street, it was surprisingly quiet at night; we didn't hear any disturbing noise. Service: The service was exceptional. Customer service is good at the counter, but at Cleaning auntie service are poor and speaking also This hotel 1 day only can give 2 bottles of small water if you do not have enough to pay the water . If you are still sleeping, auntie will come in directly

The staffs were very helpful. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast. The dinner price is reasonable. The room had some smoking smell. it's betting better after the staff helped us open the window.

Very clean hotel located in a quiet area. Second time staying there and still looks good. The staff there are very enthusiastic about their work and always there to help. Check in was smooth and the breakfast was pretty decent, included a few western options . Looking forward to staying there again
